Livvy Dunne In Bikini Is “Red, White, and Freckled”

The gymnast, model and influencer shared some photos from the beach on Instagram.

Livvy Dunne first made waves as a member of the LSU gymnastics team. From there, she’s become an influencer and model. Last year, she was chosen as one of Sports Illustrated Swimsuits Rookies, and this year she’s appeared in the magazine and walked in their show. Livvy recently shared a new bikini photo on Instagram. In it, she sat on the beach wearing a red and white gingham suit and a straw hat. Livvy captioned the post, “Red, white, and freckled.” Here are 5 of Livvy Dunne’s wellness and exercise secrets.

She Uses Sunscreen

Livvy shared some of her favorite skincare products in an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “[I love] a good SPF on my face because I am inside all the time, so I’m quite fair in my face without the spray tan. I have a lot of freckles, so just to protect my skin, I usually use [Supergoop!] Glowscreen.”

She Uses Lotion

Livvy makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. She shared her favorite lotion in this TikTok. “My secret to amazingly healthy-looking skin is oats,” Livvy said. “Oats go beyond the skin’s moisture barrier to keep my skin hydrated. That’s why I love Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Cream.”

Livvy makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She talked about her routine in an interview with Women’s Health. Livvy says that she likes to begin each workout by going on the treadmill. “I try to work out probably 3 days a week. I always start my workouts walking on the treadmill, getting warmed up.”

She Lifts Weights

Livvy likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. “I feel like there’s kind of a bad stigma towards lifting weights,” she tells Women’s Health. “But it really transformed my body, my gymnastics, and my life…I got started with strength training because it helps so much, not only in my gymnastics career, but my everyday life as well. It empowers me and makes me feel strong and confident.”

She Works Her Abs

Livvy has amazing abs, and she does a lot of different exercises to maintain them. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram video. In it, Livvy is seen doing things like double leg drops, planks, plank hip taps, and flutter kicks. She captioned the post, “Caution: quick, easy, may get abs🚨💪”
