She Does Dance Cardio
One of Charlotte’s go-to workouts is dance cardio. She tells Closer Online that she first got into it when her first child was born. “I hate the idea of running on a treadmill or being among super-fit girls at the gym,” Charlotte admits. “I found a brilliant dance workout online that I could do during Noah’s naps. I did it most days for 20-30 minutes and I’ve literally shaken my belly off while being daft in my living room.”
She Watches Her Portion Sizes
When it comes to her diet, Charlotte isn’t worried about what she’s eating, but how much of it she’s eating. “I don’t over-eat now,” she tells Closer Online. “I’ve learned about portion sizes. There’s still fish and chips on my plan, just a much smaller version. I want people to eat and not starve themselves!”
She’s Motivated To Be Healthy
Charlotte decided to live a healthier lifestyle after being diagnosed with gestational diabetes, while pregnant with her first child. She tells the Manchester Evening News that her kids are her main motivation to stay healthy. “I started this fitness journey with the goal of avoiding type two diabetes because I had gestational diabetes and was warned I was still in danger after Noah was born.”
She Has Balance
Charlotte tells The Manchester Evening News that her new lifestyle is all about having balance. “Don’t get me wrong, I still like the odd chippy and cocktail or two,” she admits. “But not every day – I’m learning to be a bit more balanced and I’m feeling so much better.”
