Beautiful family time!” commented one of her followers. “You look so healthy,” added another. How does the star maintain her fantastically fit physique? She Is Conistent
Lea is all about consistency. Instead of crash diets, she views diet as a lifestyle. “It’s not rocket science, it’s the basics,” she explained to Us magazine about her consistent approach to health and fitness. “If you’re always taking good care of yourself, and if you’re always eating right…then no matter what comes up, you don’t feel like you need to adjust or increase or anything.”

Lea, who is a pescatarian, maintains a super clean diet. “Every single thing that I put into my body is to nourish and fuel my body,” she told Us. “I’ve always felt that food is fuel so what you’re eating is going to help your body. So I don’t eat junk food, I don’t eat processed food. I keep only fresh and healthy ingredients in my home so I can feel my absolute best.”

Lea makes sure to drink enough water. “The first thing I do when I wake up is I pour a big glass of lemon water to just really flush my system and start the day right,” she told Us, adding that she also hydrates with a trendy, green juice. “Celery juice is so incredibly good for your body but it’s actually for your liver and it’s a great cleanse first thing in the morning,” she said. “I’ve seen it improve my digestion so much, so that’s another little trick that I’ve been doing in the morning as well.”
She Does Yoga
Lea is a devoted yogi. “I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 19 years old. It’s by far my most favorite form of working out,” she wrote in a July 2021 blog for Story + Rain. “But I practice not only for my body, yoga has helped my mind more than anything I’ve ever tried before. It centers and grounds me, and connects me to myself at my core. As soon as I wake up, before the baby or anyone else is awake, I take out my mat and do a quick yoga flow. even just for five minutes. It gets my blood flowing, and helps me to feel energized for the day.”
She Likes SoulCycle
Lea once told Health that her approach to fitness isn’t just physical. “I like workouts with a spiritual element—whether it’s SoulCycle or hot yoga,” she said. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is excellent for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
She Understands That Healthy Doesn’t Equal Thin
Lea has shifted her definition of “healthy” over the years. “I feel like I am at the healthiest place in my entire life. It’s not that I’m the thinnest, because I’m not the thinnest I’ve been. But when I was the thinnest, I was not being the healthiest. I’m definitely the most mentally, physically, and spiritually sound that I’ve ever been,” she explained.
