Kylie Jenner is launching a new swimwear collection and modeling bikinis. In a new social media post, the entrepreneur reveals that she is dropping a Khy x Frankie’s Bikinis collection on July 16, driving her followers wild. “need these bikinis asap,” one writes. “So excited,” added another. How does the reality star maintain her impressive physique? Here are her top 5 diet and fitness habits.

Cardio

Kylie does a lot of cardio. She is a fan of the OG stairmaster, walking forward, she also exercises her obliques by walking sideways. She is also a runner. In March 2021 she shared a photo taken from a 3.5 mile run/walk to her Instagram stories. “A beautiful day in the neighborhood,” she captioned the snap of herself, flaunting her flat abs in biker shorts and a sports bra.

12-3-30 Treadmill Routine

Kylie is one of the many stars who is a fan of the 12-3-30 workout routine on the treadmill. She sets the treadmill at a 12 incline, speed of 3.2, and runs/walks for 30 minutes. She considers this her “warm up” when she does an at-home workout. She once shared a clip of her workout on social media. Walking on an incline burns more calories than walking fast or even running on a flat surface, so many experts suggest upping your incline. A 2013 study even found that walking on a 2 to 7 percent incline increased heart rate by almost 10 percent compared to running on a flat surface.

Strength Training

Kylie is all about strength training. She does a variety of strength training exercises using machines and workout bands. Her go-to ab machine is called Elevate Core and enables her to do a bunch of ab exercises on an incline. She also does hip abductors with the exercise bands on. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and build lean muscle mass, and increase calorie burn. Strength training may also help you:

Healthy Diet

Kylie maintains variety with every meal except breakfast. “Lately every morning I’ve been eating the same thing,” Jenner said, revealing that she was obsessed with eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon.  “A typical lunch for me — I can’t eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables,” she added to Harper’s Bazaar. “Sometimes, I’ll make myself some tacos,” she continued. “Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends.” She also loves peach tea, bone broth, raw celery juice, and a vanilla iced latte with oat milk for breakfast.

Daily Workouts

Kylie gets a workout in, no matter what. “I never find myself in a gym. I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on like, Google or Pinterest, workouts — and doing abs, lunges, squats. All that good stuff,” Kylie revealed during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She works out every day, sometimes twice, she revealed in a recent Instagram video.
