Sofia’s Instagram is full of posts dedicated to her vacations. Recently, she shared a set of photos of herself sitting under an umbrella by the water. She Doesn’t Let Her Skin Get Too Oily

Sofia shared some of her skincare secrets with Harper’s Bazaar. She says that one of her skincare goals is making sure her skin never gets too oily. “I stick to a very tight regimen. My dermatologist put me on the Simply Clean Cleanser by SkinCeuticals. In pregnancy I’ve started overproducing oil and that cleanser has really helped me contain and control my oil production. Everything’s just so heightened and sensitive right now, so at night, I use a light moisturiser because I don’t want to clog my pores.”

She Wears Sunscreen

As you can see from her Instagram post, Sofia spends a lot of time outside. Naturally, she makes sure to wear sunscreen. “In the mornings, I’ll use the SkinCeuticals Advanced Brightening UV Defense SPF 50,” Sofia tells Harper’s Bazaar. “When I found out I was pregnant, my doctor told me not to lay out in the sun, because you’ve got to be careful with hyperpigmentation. There are so many things that you have to factor in!”

She Protects Her Hair

Sofia makes sure to protect her hair, since she has a lot of treatments done. She shared some of her secrets in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. “I colour my hair so I also try to do as many masks and oil treatments as possible when I’m off-duty. That also ties into my slick bun – I make it all look somewhat intentional, but really I’m just a greasy mess!”

She Prioritizes Health

When it comes to her health and wellness, Sofia makes sure to make both a priority. “I feel the most beautiful when I get a lot of sunlight – spending time in the ocean and getting vitamin D,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “But also when I stick to a routine that makes me feel good, incorporating movement, food and hydration as well as skincare and haircare. You know, beauty really starts with taking care of yourself. That’s definitely something that I’ll pass on to my daughter.”

She Works Her Abs

Sofia shared her go-to 15 minute workout in this TikTok. In it, she is seen doing a lot of ab workouts. Specifically, Sofia is seen doing heel touches and mountain climbers. Having a strong core is extremely important. According to Harvard Health, core muscles are essential in performing everyday activities. “Bending to put on shoes or scoop up a package, turning to look behind you, sitting in a chair, or simply standing still — these are just a few of the many mundane actions that rely on your core and that you might not notice until they become difficult or painful. Even basic activities of daily living — bathing or dressing, for example — call on your core.”
