Vanessa wore a lacy two-piece look that showed off her baby bump, and looked gorgeous. Here are 5 of Vanessa Hudgens’ diet and exercise secrets.
She Works Out On A Regular Basis
Vanessa has a busy schedule, but she always makes sure to squeeze in a workout. “I love taking time for myself every day to do something active,” she says to USA Today. “I feel like it’s just a great way to like keep your serotonin levels up and stay healthy. I found what I like and works for me and I stick to it, and that’s just a rotation between reformer Pilates, indoor cycling and yoga.”
She Loves Yoga
One of Vanessa’s favorite forms of exercise is yoga. “I’ve practiced yoga since I was 16,” she says to USA Today. “And I feel like I’ve gone through all the different types of yoga like with power flows and Ashtanga and Bikram. I just rotate out what feels good, what I feel like my body needs in that moment. Sometimes it’s a bit more active, and sometimes it’s a bit more passive, but I feel like yoga is just really great for the mind.”
She Loves Squats
Vanessa shared some of her diet and exercise secrets in an interview with Shape Magazine. She says that she likes to do squats with weights when she goes to the gym. “My fitness has taken a turn,” she says. “I do squats with a rack, and I love to see how much weight I can add to the bar. That’s empowering.”
She Works Out With Friends
Occasionally, Vanessa likes to hit the gym with her friends. She talked about this in her Shape Magazine interview. “I’d get my friends together over Zoom and we would do Isaac Boots’s live workout classes,” Vanessa says. “As the world started to reopen, I found myself obsessed with Dogpound. I go with my best friend; we’re extremely competitive. We have the best time — the amount of dancing we do between sets is ridiculous. Everyone knows when we’re at the gym. They say they hear us before they see us.”
She Eats All-Natural Food
Vanessa tells Shape Magazine that she mostly eats all-natural food. “My overall food philosophy is, if it’s real, I’ll eat it,” Vanessa explains. “Many things are processed and contain chemicals and ingredients I can’t pronounce. I want real food. If I’m in Italy, and I see them making pasta by hand, or if it grows from the earth, that’s real. I stay away from the processed stuff.”
