Shania Twain Rocks Taylor Swift Workout Gear & Stuns On Tour

Shania Twain has done a lot throughout her career. Currently, she’s on tour and judging Canada’s Got Talent. Despite her busy schedule, she’s making time for herself. Shania recently stopped in Prince Edward Island for her show, and shared highlights on Instagram. In them, she is seen on stage, and going for a hike by the beach wearing Taylor Swift merchandise sweatpants. She captioned the post, “Is there anywhere more beautiful in the world!? 😍🥰 My soul is nourished by you Prince Edward Island… I love being by the ocean, walking along the beautiful beach, enjoying a night at the theatre – seeing the incredible @alanthomasdoyle in Tell Tale Harbour – and finally playing to the most electric crowd with people from all over congregating in a phenomenal ocean side festival – A sea of cowboy hats, glitter and good energy. She Hikes
As you can see from her Instagram post, Shania likes going on hikes. According to The Cleveland Clinic, hiking has a lot of benefits. “Just think of what the ground typically looks like on a hike — hills, dirt, mud, rocks and roots of trees that create an uneven terrain. When you’re navigating the outdoors, you’re able to adjust to those changes in your balance.”
She Rides Horses
Shania likes to ride horses. She got to ride a horse when she was the parade marshal at this year’s Calgary Stampede. Shania shared this video on Instagram of herself riding in the parade. She captioned the post, “When I say ‘let’s go girls’ I could ride a horse through the streets of Calgary! 😂🐴 What a weekend!! I don’t even know where to begin – Calgary, you guys have a special place in my heart ❤️ Thank you for giving me the huge honour of being your 2025 @calgarystampede Parade Marshal and a big thank you for your love, vocals and energy inside @scotiabank.saddledome for me, my band and my party for two partner @drakemilligan! Shania shared some of her secrets to staying healthy while performing on a regular basis with The Sun. She says that before taking the stage, she opts for an all-liquid diet. “I have to breathe, I have to project. I have to pace everything. I only drink fluids all day until after the show. I drink my food, so I blend my food. Lots of blended spinach and blueberries.”
She’s Vegetarian
Shania is open about being a vegetarian. However, she tells The Sun that she doesn’t just eat salad after performing for hours. “After the show, I am ready to chew. I am vegetarian, so I only eat vegetarian proteins, but I will eat whatever. I don’t eat like a rabbit. I am happy to have pasta, and I will have a glass of champagne after the show — I like to celebrate.”

Shania is all about being comfortable with herself, and she has an exercise for helping her do so. “I decided that wherever there was a mirror, and I was naked in my house or hotel, that I would keep the lights on and I would look in the mirror,” she tells The Sun. “A lot of people as they start ageing — and even young people — they don’t want to look at themselves in the mirror naked, and I think that is such a shame. Every month or day that I may notice another sag or another bit of cellulite, I want to know it’s there. I want to be OK with it instead of thinking, I have to cover it up or not to look.”
