Kendra is realistic about aging. “Yes, I’ve gained weight. Yes, im aging. Yes, I’m not that girl i was before (playboy girl) 🤣 but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy. Kids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny,” she wrote in an Instagram post.

Happy and “At Peace in Life Finally”

She is also comfortable in her own skin. “For those of you hating on my new weight, 40 yr old face please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally. Leave me alone and respect that I’m where I actually want to be finally all together,” she continues.

Sweating to Feel Good

Kendra exercises not just to look good, but to feel good. “Had to workout today after Super Bowl. Felt so good to sweat it all out!!! I can say I’m definitely not all hardcore diet, workout and I’m planning on keeping it pretty chill but aware. Mixing it up with some dancing, tennis, walks too to feel the laughter and fun with friends is always good,” she captioned a post.

Golf

Kendra loves to golf. “One of my absolute favorite things to do is smoke a cigar while golfing with friends. I find this to be my little piece of heaven outside of my kids and work. Like a dude lol. FYI 😂 What’s your little piece of heaven look like?” she captioned a post. A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf’s health benefits include mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

Monitoring Her Drinking

She is also monitoring her drinking. “Almost 40 is feeling amazing and yes to the people criticizing my alcohol intake…I hear you and that will be monitored better. Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much but you know what’s coming up in JUNE…. Shots. 😂. Love ya,” she concludes.
