Camille Kostek In Bikini Shares Her “Hot Summer Hacks”

Camille Kostek is one of the top Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models. She recently shared some of her summer hacks in a video on their Instagram account. In it, Camille wore a blue shirt, sparkly skirt with a cherry pattern, and a white bikini underneath. Camille also shared some of her skincare and fashion tips for the warmer weather. She Removes Her Makeup

Camille shared some of her skincare tips in an interview with People. She says that she always makes sure to take off any makeup she wears. “In my day-to-day, I don’t wear a lot of makeup, but if I have a lot on from a red carpeted event, I’ll use a regular makeup wipe to remove it. Then I use a gentle foaming cleanser, which really gets down into the skin rather than just helping remove the makeup.”
She Doesn’t Wear Makeup Everyday
In the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit video, Camille says that less is more when it comes to makeup. She also told People that she doesn’t wear makeup unless she has to. “My number one tip is if you do not need to wear makeup for something, don’t. I never travel wearing makeup. That’s helped so much with my skin…If you need to look nice when you get off the plane, walk into the bathroom, touch up your skin and walk out looking like you never even flew.”
She Works Out In The Mornings
On her Instagram story, as reported by Sports Illustrated Lifestyle, Camille shared some of her wellness tips. She revealed that she works out in the mornings, which helps her stay consistent. “I’m not saying it’s easy to get up early and move your body first thing. But I have NEVER regretted how it makes my mind and body feel. It gives me energy and focus for the rest of my day.”
She Cuts Out Certain Foods
Camille makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She revealed on her Instagram story, as reported by FOX News, that she has cut out a lot of foods. “I am vegetarian,” she wrote. “Lately working to be mostly dairy free, to see how this will greatly change my body/mind. I only buy gluten free options for my home. When I’m out I order the gluten free option there. If it’s not available and I’m truly craving the gluten… I’ll eat it and enjoy it. I don’t drink coffee (taste buds are simply not a fan) I love herbal teas juices & smoothies. LOTS of water.”
She Loves Resistance Band Workouts
Before she has a shoot, Camille makes sure to get her body in shape. She said on her Instagram story, as reported by FOX News that she loves using resistance bands to prepare. “As far as working out, I do double up probably two weeks before. I do a lot of resistance band training… I just throw it in the backpack so I have no excuse.”
