Rochelle captioned the post, “Nothing but summer love.” Here are 6 reasons Rochelle Humes has her amazing figure.

Rochelle talked about her diet and exercise secrets in an interview with Women’s Fitness. She says that she makes working out a priority, and she stays consistent. “The reality is, I need to stay fit and healthy for my kids, but I also feel genuinely better when I’m active. When I’m busy with work and I can’t work out in the way that I normally would, I notice a big difference in how I mentally and physically feel. Sometimes, doing exercise can feel like a hassle, but I really miss it when I can’t do it.”

She Works Out Outside

In her Women’s Fitness interview, Rochelle was asked if she likes working out outside. She says yes, and that she picked this up during the pandemic. “To be honest, I probably only ever worked out indoors before lockdown. But once we were all locked away, working out and being outdoors for an hour a day became such a treat for everybody. If you weren’t outdoorsy before lockdown, you definitely were afterwards! Now, I love exercising outside, and I’ve even done bootcamp classes.”

She Believes In Moderation When It Comes To Food

Rochelle believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. “When it comes to food, I think it’s easier than you think, because you’re in charge of what you put in your body,” she tells Women’s Fitness. “I try to make smart choices and have a healthy, balanced diet from Monday to Friday, but at the weekends I’ll eat exactly what I want. If I want the cake, I’m gonna eat the cake!”

Rochelle shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with HELLO! Magazine. “In the morning, I’ll have a juice to start off the day,” she says. “That might be a fresh orange, but from the juicer. I like apple, carrot, ginger and I actually have celery straight sometimes. It’s really good for you and my skin really notices when I haven’t had it. I’ve been having that for a couple of years. Bizarrely, celery isn’t my favourite thing in the world but I’m now really used to it and I like it.”

She Loves Self-Care

At the end of the day, Rochelle loves to take care of herself. “All I want is a nice hot bath at the end of the day once my kids are in bed,” she says to Women’s Fitness. “And maybe a little glass of wine if I’m being really indulgent. That ‘switch off’ is all the meditation I need, when I haven’t got my business brain or mum brain on and no one’s asking me to do things for them.”

She Cooks

Rochelle loves to cook, and she sometimes will cook with her three kids. “As all kids do, they love baking,” Rochelle explains to HELLO! Magazine. “They honestly like helping me with anything. I give them a little butter knife and let them chop the salad. When I make a stew I sometimes make dumplings, so they like that and mixing it all together and rolling it up. Even if it’s just a simple dinner for the night, they like to chop or help.”
