Salma opened up about embracing her looks and herself in an interview with Marie Claire. “There was a time when I was the sexy girl, but thank God age came and gave me the ability to expand to other territories. Although I’m still sexy and I embrace it. Another calling that I have is to remind everyone that women are not disposable after a certain age in any department. We should battle that with all we’ve got.”
She Loves Stretching & Practicing Yoga

Salma shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape with Marie Claire. She likes to stretch and practice yoga. Salma says that this comes in handy in her daily life, especially when she’s on set filming. “I’m very flexible. And I still do all of my own stunts.”
She Uses A Treadmill

Another thing Salma does to keep herself in shape is walking. Specifically, she likes to go for walks on the treadmill. “Four times a year, I put music on and walk on my own treadmill,” Salma revealed to Marie Claire. “Don’t ask me to run; my boobs are not made for that.”
She Does Restorative Yoga

Salma has great posture, and it’s all thanks to restorative yoga. In an interview with People, she revealed that she works with a woman in London to help with her posture. “She taught me to tone [my muscles] without clenching them. You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have.”
She Loves Juice Cleanses

Salma loves doing juice cleanses. She even has her own juice company, called Cooler Cleanse. She talked about her love of cleansing in an interview, as reported by She Finds. “When I feel stressed, I turn to food for comfort. After doing a juice cleanse, I’m motivated to eat healthier and not emotionally. Cleansing is like my meditation. It makes me stop, focus and think about what I’m putting into my body.”
