Reese Witherspoon in Swimsuit Says “Jump Anyway”

Reese Witherspoon is taking the plunge in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Academy Award-winning actress jumps off a cliff into the ocean. “You won’t always feel ready but jump anyway. The rest will come on the way down,” she captioned the Instagram video. “This is so impressive,” Olivia Munn commented. “The best!!!” added Ali Larter. How does the 49-year-old stay so fit? Here are her diet and fitness habits.
Body Love
Reese is all about self-love, especially regarding her diet. “In my 30s, I learned to accept my body for what it is. This is what looks good on it. It will never look good in that thing over there with all the fabric and the bows and the ruffles. It just won’t,” she told InStyle.
Hydration
In one of her Instagram Reels, Reese said she starts the morning with hydration: “Start the day with a big glass of water. ” The Mayo Clinic explains that hydration is essential for a variety of reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
Healthy Eating
Reese healthy – to an extent. “I don’t believe in crash dieting or anything like that,” Reese told Us Weekly. “I just have a green juice and a coffee in the morning,” she added to Radio Times. She loves nutritionist Kim Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, which consists of spinach, romaine lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice. “I start every day with a Glowing Green Smoothie and so does my whole family!” she wrote in a testimonial on Snyder’s website
Daily Exercise
Reese also exercises regularly. “I work out all the time anyway just to stay healthy,” she told Us Weekly. Her trainer, Michael George, revealed to Shape that she does cardio for 30 minutes six times per week. Reese added to Radio Times that she wakes up at 5:30 a.m. so she can work out by 7:30 a.m. “I probably do that six days a week,” she said.
Sleep
Sleep is also a big part of her strategy. “In bed by 10pm. *no late night TV binges,” she says in one of her Instagram Reels. “Try to get 8 hours of rest!” What are the health benefits of sleep?
