Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Eats A Lot Of Healthy Food
Lily shared some of her diet and exercise secrets with SELF Magazine, and she revealed that she’s not on the stereotypical supermodel diet. In fact, Lily says that since she’s so active, she eats a lot. However, Lily also makes sure that she eats healthily. “When you work out as much as I do, you have to eat a lot, and you need protein to get nice, lean muscle. I’ll do eggs and fruit for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and Gwyneth Paltrow’s roast chicken for dinner.”
She Works Out In The Mornings
Lily has a busy schedule, from work to her kids. Despite this, she still makes time to workout. Her secret? Working out first thing thing in the mornings. “I always try to work out in the morning if I can,” she tells SELF Magazine. “It gets my endorphins going. Plus, I don’t have to think about it for the rest of the day. Sticking to that routine helps keep me healthy.”
She Tries New Wellness Routines
Lily shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Marie Claire. She says that she is always up for trying new things. “I try not to think anything is woo woo. I want to try everything and explore all options. The wellness world is always evolving and changing and I’m game for all of it.”
She Meditates
Lily likes to practice meditation. “I also think meditation is such a lifelong practice, and so effective and wonderful for the mind, body, and spirit,” she tells Marie Claire. “I do all kinds of different meditation but I love a really simple guided meditation. I like yoga nidra, where you lie down and it kind of goes through your whole body, and by the end of it, I just feel like a new person.”
She Runs

Lily wasn’t always a fan of running, but she found a great workout company that helped her get into it. “They have this amazing PowerBeyond™ line that’s like more for harder physical workouts,” she tells Marie Claire. “So I’ve been doing that up and down my drive. I’ve been doing sprints all summer and feeling really strong and proud of myself. So my wellness vibe is just being open to everything, working on myself, not just for looks, but for how I feel about myself, my mental wellness, my physical wellness, and my strength.”
