RHOM & RPDR Star Carmen Carrera In Bikini Top Is “Coming Through”

Carmen Carrera has been all over our televisions. After making her debut on the third season of RuPaul’s Drag Race, she got to appear on What Would You Do, and is currently appearing on The Real Housewives Of Miami. Carmen is also a successful drag performer, model, and activist. She also has never been afraid of showing off her body on Instagram. In a recent post, Carmen posed in front of the mirror in a gray workout bra and pants, and a white bikini top and black bottom. Carmen’s amazing abs and legs were on display. She captioned the post, “These abs & these leg gains are coming through.” Here are 5 of Carmen Carrera’s diet and workout secrets.

She Works Her Upper Body

Carmen shares a lot of her go-to workouts on Instagram. In this video, she shared some of her favorite upper body workouts. Carmen is seen doing bicep curls, tricep curls, and shoulder presses with weights, arm circles with a resistance band, and tricep pushdowns. She captioned the post, “•Arms• 💪💙 shoulders, biceps, & back 🌴”

She Works Her Legs

Carmen has amazing legs, and she has them for a reason. She doesn’t skip leg day. Carmen shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. In it, she does RDLs, hip thrusts, cable kickbacks, and sumo squats. Carmen captioned the post, “Legs – Hamstrings & Glutes 🍑🦵 – so many of you have asked me to drop the leg routine. This is just one example of some of the routines that I do, more to come. Enjoy!”

She Uses A Stairclimber

One machine that Carmen uses when she’s at the gym is the stairclimber. In the previous Instagram video, she’s seen using the stairs. Carmen shared her typical routine in the caption. “Stairmaster * 15 min * I usually go at 10 speed, however, pick a speed where you feel like you can focus on a steady flow. On some days, it’s a slower pace than others. Listen to your body. *”

She Does Cold Plunges

Carmen makes sure to recover after an intense workout. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. She talked about her love of them in the caption of the previous Instagram video. “Cold plunge 🥶 * 4 min * helps blood flow, circulation, and tightens my skin. I also feel like it wakes me up and helps me burn fat. *”

She Paddleboards

Carmen lives in sunny Miami, so naturally, she loves going to the beach. One thing she likes to do is go paddleboarding. Carmen shared these photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a catamaran ride in Spain. She included some photos of herself on the board in the post. Carmen captioned the post, “Happy Weekend beautiful people 🩵💙 This was my first time on a catamaran 🛥️ literally the best time ever!”
