Indiana Fever’s Lexie Hull In Bikini Top Has “Tunnel Walk Energy”

When Lexie Hull shows up for a WNBA game, she makes sure to look good. Each player in the league does a tunnel walk, where they walk through the tunnel to get to the court, and each walk gets posted to Instagram. In a recent one of Lexie’s, the Indiana Fever player wore a navy bikini top with white trim and matching workout pants. Her amazing abs were on display. How does Lexie Hull get those amazing abs? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Golfs
Basketball isn’t the only sport that Lexie and her teammates like to play together. She revealed to Winsidr that she likes to go golfing with Grace Berger and Caitlin Clark. “Grace is really good. Really, really good. I’ve golfed with both of them. Caitlin is playing a lot more, but I’d love to see them on the course together.” Caitlin also posted this TikTok of her and Lexie on the golf course.
She Keeps Her Core Engaged While On The Court
The main factor behind Lexie’s amazing abs? Basketball, obviously. Specifically, keeping her core engaged when she plays. “There were so many comments about my abs, but my routine is just a lot of basketball,” Lexie says to Elite Daily. “In full-body stuff like that, my stomach’s engaged, so I’m working on abs all the time.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Lexie does a variety of different things to keep herself in shape. She shared some of her go-to exercises with Elite Daily. “I play basketball practically every day, and then I try to get a lift in as well, anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. If I have an easier day or if I don’t have anything on the court, then I really love Pilates and Solidcore. In Indiana, there’s a few Solidcore studios, so I go there a lot. I love mixing up the workouts because I do kind of get tired of the same thing.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Lexie makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her routine with Elite Daily. “I’ve been really loving Youth To The People’s Superfood Skin Drip Smooth + Glow Barrier Serum. I’ll literally just do that and then Weleda Skin Food moisturizer. I was intimidated to try it at the start because it’s a bit thicker, but it leaves my skin glowing. I especially like that in the morning because it wakes me up more than I generally feel that early. Then, I’ll do a little bit of makeup if I want to look a bit more alive.”
She Prioritizes Sleep
A big part of Lexie’s wellness routine is getting enough sleep. She shared her secrets for doing so with Elite Daily. “One of the things that is really hard for a lot of people is falling asleep after games, especially playing at night. I have a coffee before games, so it’s harder to just fall asleep. One of my teammates said, ‘Just take a melatonin and forget about the game. Just go to bed because sleep is super important.’ Being able to recover is really dependent on your sleep. If I need to take a melatonin to help me do that, then that’s exactly what I’ll do.”
