Karen Hauer Eats Super Healthy To Fuel Her Body

Karen Hauer is one of the longest-running pros on Strictly. When it comes to her diet, she makes sure to eat enough healthy options to fuel her body. Karen shared her favorite foods with Women’s Fitness. “As a professional dancer, you have to respect your body and feed it well, not live on air. I eat a lot of chicken and vegetables, protein bars and carbs, and, if I want to eat a doughnut or two, I do. Plus, I swear by vitamins – I take turmeric and magnesium to help keep my bones strong.”
Dianne Buswell Loves Cold Plunges

Dianne Buswell loves cold water therapy as a way of recovery. “I’ve become obsessed with cold water therapy and recently bought an ice bath,” she revealed to Heatworld. “When I’m at home, it’s a part of my morning routine, even in the cold. It’s hard to get in at first, but once you’re in there, it feels exhilarating. My eyes have really opened up to the benefits – when you’re controlling your breathing and steadying your thoughts, it gives you resilience in the morning.”
Katya Jones Loves To Box

Katya Jones loves to box to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing boxing dirlls with her trainer. Katya captioned the post, “@sambarron1988 trains me in the mornings before my two panto shows! And I must admit my favourite part is boxing-it’s so much fun whilst building your stamina, brain has to be alert and the whole body is involved!”
Janette Manrara Loves Strength Training

Janette Manrara isn’t just an amazing dancer, she’s also a TV host and has starred on the West End. After leaving the show, Janette changed her workout routine. “I am definitely not a gym bunny but I love spending time with my personal trainer, who I try to see three times a week,” she tells Women’s Fitness. “She helps me focus on weight training – not the sort that will make you big and buff, but more about muscle strengthening.”
Oti Mabuse Wants To Know What’s In Her Food

Oti Mabuse is all about eating healthily. She’s even an ambassador for the healthy meal service, Green Chef. Oti tells Women’s Health that she wants to know what’s in her food. “I know exactly what is going in the food, and it helps me feel good about myself, and I know that I’m gonna have that food not only for myself but with my husband and with my daughter as well.”
Luba Mushtuk’s All About Moderation In Her Diet

When it comes to her diet, Luba is all about moderation. “In general, I think it’s important just to love the body you’re in and remember that you get back what you put into it,” she says to West London Living. “So try to be as healthy as possible. I follow a plant-based diet which I find works really well for me, but ultimately it’s about finding a balance, treating yourself once in a while – everything in moderation.”
