LETS GO!!” another added. How does the singer approach health and wellness? Here are her diet and fitness habits.

1

Dancing

Dancing is Tyla’s main form of fitness. “I love to dance. When I’m preparing for a show, we’ll schedule a week of dance rehearsals that last up to two hours or more. I’m pretty active in that sense!” she told Women’s Health.

2

Mixing Up Workouts

Tyla does different workouts, including group pilates,  going for a walk. and hiking. “These help take me out of work mode,” she says. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Strength Training

Strength training is also part of her routine. “I hate squats, oh my gosh! I want a big bum but not that badly,” she says. She also prioritizes exercise over everything. “I’m learning that I can always make time for myself and my body. Usually when I travel, I like staying at a hotel with a gym closeby or one with a gym on its premises.”

4

Healthy Diet

Tyla maintains a healthy diet. “I like a light breakfast because I hate feeling heavy in the morning. I usually have chia pudding or jungle oats or bacon/sausage and bread for breakfast. And oh, a ginger shot is a must – it wakes me up! I’m not big on lunch but when I do have a moment to sit down, I like a wrap or sandwich. Supper is where I go in hard with a warm meal, usually pasta or a stew with rice. Throughout the day, I snack on either cashews, seaweed or pistachios,” she told Women’s Health.

5

Baths

How does the star unwind? “I’m surrounded by people a lot of the time and it can become a bit much sometimes. So, I love my alone time. I love taking long baths or showers, with some candles burning and music in the background,” she told Women’s Health. One recent study found that baths can boast cardiovascular benefits.  According to Loughborough University research published in the journal Temperature, relaxing in a hot bath can burn as many calories as a 30-minute walk, about 140 calories.
