Avneet Kaur in Bikini Gives “Sabrina Carpenter Vibes”

Here are her diet and fitness habits

Avneet Kaur is welcoming another day in her bikini. In a new social media post, the Indian dancer-turned-actress flaunts her amazing figure in a swimsuit while reminiscing about her European vacation. “Good mornin,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps, adding the hashtag #missingmyeuropeansummer.  “Sabrina carpenter vibes,” commented Zahrah S Khan. “Looking gorgeous,” added another follower. How does the star approach health and wellness? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.

1

Dancing

As a dancer, Avneet understands the physical health component of it. “I think I owe everything to dancing. Definitely, dancing will always be my passion and I am planning to get back at it. I dance but I want to learn more in dancing and want to do more videos for my YouTube channel. I am making a few dance covers for my channel so my fans will get to see them soon,” she told Times of India. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Healthy Diet

Avneet prioritizes a healthy diet.  “I am taking care of health a lot,” she told Times of India, adding that she is “eating very well. I am consulting a dietician also.” She fills her plate with a lot of fresh produce. “I have observed that incorporating fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet has a great long term effect on your skin and makes it clear and healthy from within. Citrus fruits like oranges are packed with Vitamin C which brightens your skin. I ensure I include fruits and leafy vegetables in my meal every day,” she added to Telly Chakkar.

3

Hydration

Avneet is a big water drinker. “The easiest habit I swear by is to always keep myself hydrated. I always carry my water bottle wherever I go. Water helps flush out toxins from your body and keeps you cool to get going through a tiring day,” she told Telly Chakkar. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

4

Strength Training

Avneet exercises a lot. “I am working out religiously,” she told Times of India. Strength training is her main form of fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and build lean muscle mass, and increase calorie burn. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Self-Care

Avneet is also a proponent of self-care. “Face masks are a blessing in disguise. If you have forgotten to drink enough water and feel completely drained. The secret to instantly get fresh and glowing skin is through face masks. They are easy to carry while travelling and is a quick fix when you feel dull,” she told Telly Chakkar.
