How does Anne Hathaway look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Didn’t Pressure Herself To Lose Weight

Anne shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with People Magazine. She says that after having her two kids, she didn’t pressure herself to lose the pregnancy weight. “People don’t talk about this and it really made me feel better when I found out about it,” Anne says. “It takes three years for your body to fully recover from a pregnancy. I didn’t snap back. I want to be very, very clear about that. With my second, it took every minute of those three years. Let your body be a body. There’s nowhere to get to. It’s just now. Be present and take care of yourself and don’t set expectations.”
She Uses This Skincare Brand

Anne has amazing skin, and she shared her favorite line of products with People Magazine. “I’m really happy to have been exposed to Shiseido’s Vital Perfection. I didn’t know there was skincare specifically designed for skin in its fifth decade. I’m thrilled to have that extra bit of support.”
She Has Rest Days

Anne works with trainer Ramona Braganza, to keep herself in shape. However, Ramona also makes sure that the actress doesn’t over work herself. “Rest days are so important,” Ramona says to Women’s Health. “When we trained for Anne’s two films, we made sure she took at least one day a week off for recovery.”
She Works Her Entire Body
Anne makes sure to work her entire body. Ramona shared what workouts she does with the actress to Women’s Health. “We’d use my 321 Training Method,” she says. “It involves cardio, circuit and core work, using resistance tools to achieve strength. For Anne in particular, we worked on her arms to accentuate her back and support her posture while wearing a gown at the Oscars.”
She Eats Better
Anne has learned to eat healthier. “In my 40s I’m finding I have to support myself differently nutritionally,” she says to People Magazine. “I want to go back and talk to my 25-year-old self who felt like she didn’t have to do anything and just be like, ‘Oh honey, honey, there’s a whole other world out there and it tastes like an avocado.'”
