Brooks Nader In White Bikini Top Is The “Main Character”

Brooks Nader is the main character of our lives right now. This year alone, she shot her seventh edition of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, and her new reality show with her sisters, Love Thy Nader, just premiered on Freeform and Hulu. Brooks has been doing a lot of promotion for the series, and she’s making sure to serve looks. In a recent Instagram post from New York City, she’s seen in a white bikini top and jeans. Brooks’ amazing figure was on display. She captioned the post, “Jeans that make me feel like the main character… because I obviously am.” How does Brooks Nader look so good? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Uses A Vitamin C Serum
Brooks has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite products, tips, and hacks with the DailyMail. One thing Brooks uses on her face is a vitamin C serum. “As part of my daily skincare routine, I use the IS Clinical Pro-Heal Serum Advance, which is like a vitamin C serum that has brightening ingredients, so I typically apply this before I put my moisturizer on.”
She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated

Another of Brooks’ skincare secrets is keeping it moisturized. She explains to the DailyMail that this helps keep her skin healthy and looking good when she applies makeup. “Having a good hydrated and refreshed face (after skincare and before makeup) always helps in achieving the no-makeup-makeup look. I like to use the CeraVe PM Moisturizer under my makeup as it’s super light and hydrating and helps provide a great base.”
She Uses An Eye Cream

If you look at Brooks’ face, specifically under the eyes, you’ll see that she’s managed to conquer the puffiness that happens in that area. Her secret? An under-eye cream. “To prep the skin, I like to use an eye cream with a metal tip applicator,” Brooks says to DailyMail. “It’s cooling and helps depuff the under eye area before applying any makeup.”
She Works Out Because She Enjoys It

Brooks shared some of her diet and exercise secrets in another DailyMail interview. She says that she has changed her mindset and motivations for exercising. “I feel like when I first started, I had this idea that I had to workout to lose weight.” Brooks revealed. “But now I do it to relieve stress, strengthen my body and help clear my head.”
She Doesn’t Diet Or Restrict Herself

When it comes to food, Brooks doesn’t believe in restricting herself. “I’ve gone through the whole ‘crash diet’ thing when I first started modeling and had a strange relationship with my weight and food,” she tells DailyMail. “That hurt me, both mentally and physically. Any ‘diet’ a person goes under should just consist of healthy eating, but don’t beat up yourself if you need to satisfy that fried chicken craving – I am southern after all.”
