Ciara Shows Off Legs In “Dance With Me” Music Video

Ciara has released a lot of amazing songs. You’ve probably danced and/or sung along to songs like “1,2 Step”, “Goodies” and “Level Up.” This year, Ciara released a new album full of bangers, including the Tyga collaboration, “Dance With Me.” Ciara shared some highlights from the video on Instagram. In it, she is seen roller skating in an all black look, her amazing legs on display. She captioned the post, “Glide wit me.” How did Ciara get ready for her music video? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She’s Confident
Ciara has learned to be confident in herself. She tells ELLE Magazine that she’s learned specifically to embrace her natural features. “When I was younger, I used to think that I needed to have a full face of makeup to love my most beautiful self. As I got older, I told myself I’m not going to allow myself to feel like I have to have makeup on all these different enhancements to feel beautiful and confident.”
She Uses Vitamin C On Her Skin

Ciara has her own line of skincare products, OAM. She talked about what she wanted to include in her line with ELLE Magazine. Ciara says that her products contain a lot of vitamin C. “Our bodies don’t produce vitamin C, so I wanted to create products with very unique, very special forms of vitamin C. The way it performs in our products is different. With the Tri-C Pro-Peptide Complex in all of the products, it releases vitamin C in micro doses throughout the day so your skin’s not getting irritated with the amount of vitamin C that it’s receiving.”
She’s Consistent

Ciara makes sure to stay consistent with her workouts. She tells People Magazine that she’s consistent, but doesn’t overwork herself. “What I learned by having that daily commitment — and it doesn’t mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover — but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn’t so aggressive.”
She Eats 5 Small Meals

Ciara opened up about her weight-loss secrets in another People Magazine interview. She says that she has started eating 5 small meals instead of 3. “When I first started in my career, I weighed 20 lbs. more than I weigh now. That was the first time I got introduced to eating five small meals a day to impact my workout.”
She Works With Trainers

One of Ciara’s fitness secrets is working with personal trainers. “I’ve been really blessed with great trainers who make it fun, so I’ve always gotten excited to work out,” she says in her People Magazine interview. “Once you take your first step into the gym, it feels good.”
