Kehlani in Bikini Gets “Realer”

Kehlani is heating up social media in her bikini. In a recent post, the singer shows off her sensational body in a bathing suit while posing for a mirror selfie. “What if we all collectively decided to get realer and then maybe realerest,” she captioned the Instagram photo. “You look amazing!! you’re killing it!” one person commented. “My girl,” added another. How does the star stay in shape? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.
Plant-Based Diet
Kehlani believes that “food justice” is an essential cause and hopes to “make it cool to be healthy.” In the same interview, she revealed that she is a vegetarian and doesn’t eat meat or dairy.
Strength Training
In 2022, Kehlani overhauled her approach to health. “Fitness has changed my life in the last year,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “The gym has become something beyond a goal for my physical well-being. It’s an absolute nonnegotiable for my inner wellness!”
Ab Work
Doing ab work for two years straight is responsible for her six-pack. “Ab etching is absolutely insane when I literally have posted in the gym everyday for the past TWO YEARS and in the past months with an entire weighted vest on,” she commented on plastic surgery accusations. “I always wanted to work out so hard that the entire comments in a blog post is surgery accusations.”
No More Plastic Surgery
Kehlani has also been open about having her breast implants removed. “I spoke about having breast implant illness YEARS ago and have never and WILL never be getting a fucking cosmetic surgery ever again in my entire life. ever. I worked for this,” they added. However, the singer added she has no problem with others going under the knife. “Do whatever u want to ur bodies as long as it’s safe,” she added in the Instagram Story.
Kettlebell Workouts
In a TikTok video, Kehlani shows off one of her workout routines, which involves a kettlebell. In an interview with The Body Network, Nikolai Puchlov, Head Coach & Founder, Pro Kettlebell, explained that they are high-intensity, low-impact, and can burn many calories quickly. And, like other forms of strength and weight training, you continue to burn more calories post workout than other cardio-based forms, due to post-exercise oxygen consumption. Puchlov adds that they help strengthen your muscles and joints and “provides cardio benefits at the same time.”
