Kate Hudson In Blue Bikini Says “So Long” To Summer

Kate Hudson had an amazing summer, and her recent Instagram post proves it. She didn’t just do a lot of activities with her family, she also wore a lot of gorgeous bikinis. Kate wore a blue one, a tan one, and two different white ones. She also enjoyed a boat ride, horseback riding, and concerts. She Does Simple Workouts

Kate works with trainer, Brian Nguyen, to keep herself in shape. He shared some of the actress’ go-to workouts with Shape Magazine. “We live and die by the basics,” he says. “We do squats, lunges, deadlifts, single-leg balance work, sprints, sled pushes/pulls — we are doing the strength work that athletes do.”
She Switches Up Her Workouts

Kate does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. She shared her favorites in an interview with Shape Magazine, as reported by People. “I’ve been switching up from the softer stuff, like Pilates and yoga, to more aggressive activities like TRX and boxing,” Kate says. “I really enjoy sweating it out, and it helps me clear my mind. It’s not just about trying to look good physically, it’s important to get oxygen to my brain and feel like my blood is really circulating. I love skiing, walking, hiking and especially riding my bike.”
She Dances

If you’ve seen Kate in her roles in Glee and Nine, you’ll know that she loves to dance. She talked about this in her Shape Magazine interview, via People. “Dance is one of my favorite ways to express myself. But the very discipline of it – continuously pushing to be better – is what I love about it.”
She Lifts Weights

Kate makes sure to strength train to keep herself in shape. Her trainer, Brian, talked about this to Shape as reported by TODAY. “Kate’s not afraid of heavy weights — the weight needs to be heavy enough where her integrity does fall and she has to regain that control. I don’t think we do anything so special, but mastering the basics allows her to play with speed, a heavier load, and instability.”
She Loves Pilates

One of Kate’s go-to workouts is Pilates. She shares a lot of videos on Instagram of herself doing different Pilates exercises. Kate posted this video of herself using a reformer and bar. She captioned the post, “Sometimes you just gotta make a lot of noise to get there!!! 😳”
