She Swims
In her Instagram post, Demi is seen going for a dip in the pool. Swimming has a lot of health benefits. According to The Mayo Clinic, “Aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off the bones, joints and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen the muscles. Aquatic exercise can have many health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength.”
She Stays Hydrated

Demi makes sure to stay hydrated. In fact, she has a partnership with the brand Caliwater. “I started realizing the importance of hydration a few years ago when I realized I wasn’t drinking enough water,” she said to Us Weekly. “I just decided to jumpstart my hydration journey by drinking more water but also incorporating more electrolytes, which is why Caliwater is so fitting for me.”
She Does A Combination Of These Workouts

Demi’s current fitness routine is a combination of two different workouts. “I do strength training with my trainer,” she said to Us Weekly. “On other days, I’ll do cardio on the treadmill while watching my favorite shows. But workouts are important to me because they help me gain mental clarity and a sense of relief while also pushing me to be disciplined and intentional.”
She Loves Celery Juice

Demi shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with EatingWell. She says that she drinks celery juice every day. “I always start my mornings with a glass of celery juice, later to be followed by breakfast and coffee. I don’t go a day without my celery juice!”
She Doesn’t Count Calories

Demi has been open about her past struggles with eating disorder. She tells EatingWell that she doesn’t stick to a specific diet or stress about what she eats. “To me, eating well means listening to my body and eating intuitively. It does not follow a specific diet, it does not count calories. I focus on complete meals that will give me the nutrients I need and fuel me, and of course, I love to have a dessert too—especially with the baking I’ve been doing! Eating well to me means showing yourself love with the food that you are eating.”
