Brittany Mahomes Turns 30, Spends Time With Taylor Swift

Brittany Mahomes recently celebrated her 30th birthday. For the occasion, she took a trip to Nashville with her fellow Chiefs WAGs, and yes, that includes Taylor Swift. Brittany shared some highlights from the trip on Instagram. In it, she wore a chic black dress, showing off her legs. She’s Consistent

Brittany makes sure to stay consistent with her workouts. She talked about this in the caption of this workout video on her Instagram. “Fun fact – I shot for @si_swimsuit on literally a week’s notice 🤪 I always preach that staying consistent in the gym and fueling my body well is what helps me be the best version of myself year-round, not just during swimsuit season!”
She Works Her Legs

In the previous Instagram video, Brittany shared some of her favorite leg workouts. She wrote in the caption, “Here’s a simple but effective leg day for ya: Single leg deadlifts. Pause squat (I used a dumbbell). Curtsey lunge w pulse. Banded hip thrust. Refuel with @liveowyn 😉 #liveowyn.”
She Loves Strength Training

Brittany loves strength training to stay in shape. In her Instagram video, she is seen using weights. Brittany also talked about this with EatingWell. “I played soccer in college and professionally, but found that as my career was coming to an end, being in the gym was something that I remained super passionate about. I enjoy strength training and lifting weights mostly, but also walks with the kids and the dogs.”
She’s Motivated

Brittany shared what motivates her to workout in her EatingWell interview. “Staying active is a huge priority for me as a mom,” she says. “I believe that it helps me to be the best version of myself for my kids, both physically and mentally. Being able to run around with them and teach them to play sports as they grow is so important to me!”
She Loves Protein Shakes

Brittany makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She tells EatingWell that she loves drinking protein shakes. “I love all of OWYN’s shakes, but the Cold Brew Protein Shake and Double Shot Protein Coffee Shake flavors are my favorite and keep me going through busy days!
