Devon Windsor is an extremely successful model. She’s best known for her work with Victoria’s Secret, which includes their fashion show. Devon is also a fashion icon, and shares a lot of her looks on Instagram. Recently, she posted a set of photos of herself on a boat, enjoying a cocktail. Devon wore a strapless, sparkly black bikini, showing off her figure. She captioned the post, “Cheers to summer 2025.” How did Devon Windsor get her bikini and Victoria’s Secret body? She Does Dance Cardio

Devon shared what workouts she does in a week in an interview with HollywoodLife. She says that she likes taking dance cardio classes from Megan Roup. “I am so terrible at cardio but this class is amazing because it’s dance cardio,” Devon explained. “Which means I really don’t notice how exhausted I am while jumping around! She mixes the dance cardio with light weights, leg weights and sliders which are good for the booty as well as the abs!”

She Loves Kickboxing

Devon loves to kickbox to keep herself in shape. She revealed to ELLE Magazine that she picked this up from her fellow Victoria’s Secret models. “Well, I like to mix cardio with bodyweight exercises. Adriana [Lima] is really amazing at kickboxing, so that’s really great cardio, and then Candice [Swanepoel] kind of inspired me to go.”

She Believes In Moderation

When it comes to her diet, Devon is a big believer in the everything in moderation approach. “I’ve never been good at dieting,” she says in an interview with Women Fitness. “I’m actually a huge foodie, and love to cook and bake as well. If I have a big job or show coming up, I try to amp up my workout and eat healthier in general. I don’t believe in depriving your body – everything in moderation!”

She Works With A Trainer

Devon shared some of her fitness secrets in her Women Fitness interview. She says that she works with a personal trainer a couple times a week. “I’m a huge fan of Pilates – I like to do that a couple times a week as well as see my trainer. My trainer is always able to push me harder then I would myself.”

She Cut Back On Certain Foods

Devon shared some of the changes she’s made to her lifestyle in the caption of this Instagram post. She says that she decided to limit certain unhealthy foods. “Yesterday, I decided to try to do the whole 30 diet. And while I hate the word ‘diet’, I am not doing this to lose weight in any way. I am going to try to cut back on processed foods, sugars, carbs, and mainly DAIRY. And I LOVE dairy. My skin and my body has been changing and I feel like cleansing myself from the inside is the best thing for me right now.”
