Sydney Sweeney In Swimsuit Has “Little Trip To Mars”

Ahead of the release of her new film, Christy, Sydney Sweeney decided to give all of us vacation envy. The actress went on a trip with her friends, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In a post, Sydney is seen enjoying time by the water, going hiking, wading, and water skiing. She wore a bunch of swimsuits, including a black one-piece and a gold bikini. Sydney captioned the post, “Little trip to mars.” How did Sydney Sweeney get her bikini body? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Hikes
In her Instagram post, Sydney is seen going on hikes through the caverns and caves. According to research done by Harvard Medical School, hiking of all kinds has a lot of benefits. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

According to Health Fitness Revolution, water skiing has a lot of health benefits. “Getting up on the skis- and staying up- require you to develop both your balance and core strength. You have to have a lot of strength to prevent the waves from sweeping you away!”
She Strength Trains

Sydney is set to play boxer Christy Martin in an upcoming film. She told W Magazine that she did a lot of strength training to prepare. “I came onboard to play Christy, and I had about three and a half months of training. I started eating. I weight-trained in the morning for an hour, kickboxed midday for about two hours, and then weight-trained again at night for an hour.”

Playing a boxer is going to be pretty familiar to Sydney, as she’s an avid kickboxer. She talked about how she got into fighting with W Magazine. “My parents got me into grappling, which is like wrestling, and kickboxing. I was the only girl at the dojo. I trained there from 13 until about 19. I fought all guys. I liked to think that if shit went down, I might be able to step up.”

My skin does tend to ‘eat’ makeup, which is weird, so I exfoliate more and make sure I’m drinking more water.”
