Simone Biles In Two-Piece Is “Mrs. 36” At NFL Game

The Olympian supported her husband, Jonathan Owens, at his game.

Simone Biles and her husband, Jonathan Owens, are a sports power couple. Not only is she the GOAT of gymnastics, he’s a safety for the Chicago Bears. NFL season is here, and Simone is embracing her inner WAG. She attended the Bears game in Detroit this weekend, and wore a chic black two-piece. Simone shared highlights from the day on Instagram, and captioned them, “Mrs. 36.” Here’s how Simone Biles looks so amazing.

She Goes To Therapy

Simone is open about her struggles with her mental health, and notably pulled out of some events in the 2021 Olympics due to suffering from the twisties. For the 2024 Games, Simone tells Good Morning America that she went to therapy to help. “Staying on my weekly therapy sessions and even whenever I was here, I was scheduling appointments with my therapist that could work, whether it was early in the morning for me or early in the morning for her.”

She Loves Fruit & Waffles

Simone shared some of her favorite foods in an interview with Athena Sports. For breakfast, she loves eating fruit. “What I eat depends on the day and how I’m feeling, but sometimes I like to get up and have a protein waffle in the morning for breakfast with some fruit.”

She Does Conditioning

Simone tells Bustle that she does a lot of conditioning exercises to stay in shape. “On a typical day, I’ll do lots of conditioning to get ready for competitions. My workouts are all based on gymnastics conditioning, so it’s a little bit different from a typical gym routine. We’ll do bodyweight exercises, rope climbing, casts, and other exercises that mimic the moves used in gymnastics.”

She Eats A Lot Of Protein

Simone eats a lot of protein each day. “For lunch, I’ll eat more proteins, like chicken or salmon,” she tells Bustle. “And then the same for dinner, but I’ll add grains, rice, potatoes, veggies — stuff like that. I make a good lemon pepper salmon with rice and veggies. And if I make salad, I have to have feta on top.”

She Loves Pilates

Another workout that Simone likes to do is Pilates. She tells Bustle that she and Jonathan like to do it together. “I’ve tried Pilates about three times with my husband because he swears by it, but he also has a little bit more time to do it in the off-season than I do. We did intense Pilates, which was very difficult, but I did enjoy it.”
