The former Miss Universe took her Instagram followers on a tour of her daughter's nursery.

Miss Universe, model, and beauty influencer, Olivia Culpo, just welcomed her first child with husband, Christian McCaffrey. Olivia just showed off their daughter’s nursery on Instagram, and her weight-loss after having a baby. In a set of photos, she wore a white two-piece set of loungewear. She Follows The 80/20 Rule

Olivia shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. When it comes to her diet, she believes in moderation. “I swear by the 80/20 rule: 80 percent clean eating, 20 percent splurging. I grew up in a big Italian family, so I will never say no to homemade pizza and pasta.”

She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Olivia shared some of her favorite workouts with Entertainment Tonight. She says that she does a variety of different things. “Lately I’ve been really enjoying Pilates and running. I have a trainer I see for more HIIT type workouts, and I do at-home workouts with resistance bands. I also love to run around with my dog, which ends up feeling like a significant workout these days.”

She’s Consistent With Wellness

When it comes to wellness, Olivia makes sure to be consistent. “I’m big on keeping up with hydration and adding electrolytes to my water, especially when traveling,” she tells Entertainment Tonight. “Sleep is also very important for me, and I always start my day with journaling and zero screen time. It’s easier said than done, but very worth it.”

She Cooks

In this blog post on her website, Olivia shared some of her favorite meals. She says that she loves to cook. “One of my favorite things to make is pan roasted chicken (seasoned with delicious Cajun seasoning, of course) with roasted vegetables like broccolini, brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes. I’ll also create a bed of steamed spinach as the base for everything. Pan-roasted recipes like this one are great because you can cook multiple servings and save for the week!”

She Loves Protein + Vegetables

In her blog post, Olivia revealed that most of her meals follow a simple formula. “You’ll notice that all the main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) follow a fairly easy formula of protein + vegetables. For dinner, I’ll often cook a honey and garlic salmon and pair with roasted vegetables and quinoa. So delicious and easy to make!”
