My blonde needs to be toned every other wash. You should always have one shampoo, like a Kerastase or something to treat it, and then every other day you should use that purple-y shampoo with a built-in toner for blondes.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts

Rita shared some of her health secrets in an interview with Cosmopolitan. She makes sure that she’s active on a regular basis. Rita does a lot of different exercises to keep herself in shape. “I do toning exercises, pilates, yoga or a hike,” she says. “If I run, I only run for about 10-15 minutes, if that. I’m really focused on being healthy rather than anything else.”
She Eats A Healthy Breakfast & Lunch, Then Indulges At Dinner

When it comes to her diet, Rita eats healthy, but still indulges. She broke down her typical meals in a day with Cosmopolitan. Rita tends to eat a healthier breakfast and lunch, so she can indulge at dinner. “I travel a lot so it’s hard to have a regime,” says Rita. “I have smoothies in the morning. I also have eggs – I’m a pro at breakfast. For lunch I’ll have some salmon and chicken and for dinner I love truffle! I’ll have broccoli pasta, truffle pasta or pizza.”
