Love Island’s Arabella Chi In Bikini Says, “I Like It Here”

Arabella Chi is one of the brightest stars to come out of Love Island. She used her time on the show to launch a successful beauty product line, influencer career, and even competed on The Challenge: UK. Arabella recently had a baby, and from the looks of her recent Instagram posts, she’s lost the pregnancy weight. She shared a set of bikini photos of herself enjoying time in Dubai, and her amazing abs were on display. She Walks
Arabella shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with heatworld. Since she has a dog, one of her go-to workouts is going on walks. Arabella also says that this is a form of self-care for her. “When I’m in the UK, I like going for a nice dog walk in the morning around Battersea Park. Honestly, when I see my dog happy, that makes me happy.”
She’s All About Self-Care

Self-care is one of Arabella’s priorities. In addition to walking, she considers beauty treatments a part of her routine. “In the evening, I like doing a SkinCycles sheet mask or having my nails done,” she says to heatworld. “Just doing beauty treatments to make it a wholesome day. That would be my ideal self-care Sunday.”
She Stays Hydrated

Arabella shared some of her wellness secrets in her heatworld interview. She says that her biggest wellness hack is staying hydrated each day. “Drinking lots of water. I try and drink so much water in the day and it just makes me feel so good. Even if I’m tired, I’ll have water.”
She Keeps Herself Motivated In The Gym

Arabella makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She tells heatworld that she makes sure to keep herself motivated when she exercises. “When I’m in the gym, I’m very good at training myself and I think it’s just because I’ve been training since I was so young. I used to have a personal trainer so I learned a lot from him and when I put in my headphones and train, it’s like my own meditation.”
She Does Lunges

Arabella does a lot of workout videos for Boux Avenue’s YouTube channel. In this video, she shared some of her favorite lower body exercises. One exercise she is seen doing is lunges with a side leg raise. The Mayo Clinic reports that any kind of lunge exercise has a lot of health benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”
