Real Housewife Cary Deuber In Bikini Is “Under The Palm Tree”

Cary Deuber is best known for being a fan-favorite cast member on the first three seasons of The Real Housewives of Dallas. Since then, she’s continued her career as a nurse, and started an influencing career. Currently, Cary is on vacation in the French Polynesia Islands, and she made sure to bring some cute bikinis. She just posted a reel on Instagram of herself walking on the beach and sitting in a hammock. In it, Cary wore a gold bikini, showing off her amazing body. She captioned the post, “If you need me, you can find me under the palm trees.” Here are 5 ways Cary Deuber maintains her bikini body, and the photos that prove these tips work.
She Uses Makeup Wipes
Cary shared what’s in her gym bag in an interview with D Magazine. One of her go-to skincare products is the Be Gone Wipes from NYX. “A good package of face wipes is a gym bag essential if you’re someone who is constantly on the go,” Cary explained. “I need to keep my face clean and refreshed after any good workout to keep my skin clear of any oils or makeup remnants that can cause breakouts. Plus, it’s a great refresher if you don’t have time to go straight home after the gym.”
She Loves Yoga
Cary’s go-to workout is yoga. She talked about her love of the exercise with Athleisure Magazine. “I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and I truly love it. I personally like to think of yoga as “my church” because it represents a safe place that I often retreat to for true self-reflection and soul balance. For me – yoga is just a way of life, release, and a great type of exercise! It is all about moving your body, finding a way to connect, identifying peace, and taking a little time for yourself to refresh your mind & body at the same time.”
She Doesn’t Overdo Her Workouts
Cary shared some of her wellness secrets in a blog post on her website. She says that she makes sure to find a balance with exercise. Cary works out regularly, without overdoing it. “I usually do yoga 3-4 days per week and then walk or spin 1 or 2 days per week. If I work out too much I tend to gain weight, and I’m more likely to get injured or become obsessed.”
She Believes In Moderation With Food
Balance is also a key part in Cary’s approach to dieting. “Everything in moderation,” she writes in her blog post. “You can cheat. I cheat almost everyday (on my diet lol) just make it small! A chocolate here or a cookie there. Small amounts. You need to be able to eat what you want- just eat a few chips with queso.. not the whole basket.”
She Eats When She’s Hungry
Another key part of Cary’s diet is eating when she feels hungry. She writes in her blog post that she doesn’t pressure herself to eat a meal at a specific time. “You don’t need 3 meals a day… Who even came up with that? For me it is easier to eat when I am hungry.. Usually twice per day. I skip b’fast because for me it is just added calories to my day.”
