Love Island’s Gabby Allen Says “The Secret Is Out”

Gabby Allen is one of Love Island’s most iconic cast members. She’s making her long-awaited third trip to the villa. Gabby was announced as a cast member on the spinoff series, Love Island Games this week, representing the UK version of the franchise. Gabby shared her cast photo on her Instagram. In it, she wore a red bikini, showing off her amazing figure. Gabby captioned the post, “The secret is out…Gabby is BACK! Third time lucky?!” How did Gabby Allen get her bombshell bikini body? She Takes Barre Classes
Gabby shared some of her go-to workouts in an interview with Women’s Health. She goes to a lot of different fitness classes, and one of her favorites is barre classes. “I used to teach Barre,” Gabby said. “The difference I used to see in people’s bodies from doing the workout just a couple of times a week was crazy. You can go and lift heavy weights at the gym but you’re not tapping into the little muscles that you would do in a Barre class. People don’t see the appeal because they think it’s just ballet, but it’s actually more dance fused with ballet.”
She Works Her Lower Body
As you can see from her Instagram posts, Gabby has amazing legs, which means she does a lot of lower body workouts. She tells Women’s Health that some of her go-tos are deadlifts, lunges, and squats. “I’ve always been lucky as a dancer that my routines help me maintain an athletic bum, but time is definitely not on my side with this stuff,” Gabby said. “I like quick and easy weighted bum moves that target specific areas and really make you feel the burn.”
She Has Rest Days
Gabby does workout on a regular basis. However, she also makes sure that she incorporates some rest days each week. “Because of my busy routine, my workouts do vary week to week,” she tells Women’s Health. “I make sure to rest. Sometimes I train in the morning and go to a class in the evening and do absolutely nothing the next day, because I simply don’t have time. But I always try and fit in two weights sessions and three classes a week.”
She Weight Trains

Gabby shared this photo on Instagram showing her amazing weight loss and body transformation. She shared some of the lifestyle changes she made to get her new figure in the caption. Gabby says that she does a lot of weight training. “I went from A to B by doing these 4 things : 🏋🏼♀️ I started weight training instead of endless cardio, following a plan of 4 week phases to track my progress.”
She Changed Her Diet

In her Instagram post’s caption, Gabby talked about the changes she made to her diet and approach to eating. “🍳I focused on what I was fuelling my body with, focusing on protein intake and I educated myself around what I needed to eat to feel energised but without restricting myself,” she writes. ” I changed what I snacked on in the evenings and on hangovers. Small adjustments, make the WORLD of a difference.”
