After appearing on season 21 of America’s Next Top Model, Winnie Harlow’s career took off. She’s walked in London Fashion Week and at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. She’s appeared in music videos for Beyonce and Calvin Harris. And she’s gotten to work with brands like Swarovski, Sprite, and Diesel. Winnie just shared a set of bikini photos on Instagram. In them, she posed in a sauna in a black bikini, showing off her body. Winnie captioned the post, “There is no beauty standard. She Loves Saunas

As you can see from her Instagram post, Winnie loves spending time in saunas. According to The Cleveland Clinic, saunas have a lot of health benefits. “Research shows that the heat from a sauna can boost your heart health and help maintain a healthy blood pressure.”

She Stretches

Winnie shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with British Vogue, as reported by Healthista. She says that she always makes sure to stretch. “If I meet a new trainer, I always let them know that I love to stretch, and if they just make me put my arms up above my head and hold them for a few seconds I have to switch trainers. I did ballet when I was younger and I still practice my stretches after a workout.”

She’s Consistent

Winnie makes sure to stay consistent with her wellness routine. She talked about this in an interview with ELLE Magazine. “If you’re not drinking enough water, or you’re not eating enough vegetables, or you’re not working out enough, or you’re not getting your toxins out, I feel like it always reflects. When I am in the gym consistently, eating right, taking care of my skin, my skin is flourishing.”

She Stays Hydrated

One of Winnie’s biggest wellness secrets is keeping herself hydrated each day. She talked about how important this is to her in her ELLE Magazine interview. “Don’t forget your water. You need to stay hydrated. Whatever your goals are, you always need to stay hydrated.”

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Winnie makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her morning routine in an interview with Bustle. “I wash my face and put on a mask in there because then I don’t have to worry about water dripping down my elbows or soaking up the counters. Afterward, I apply a face serum depending on what my skin needs — I might need more hydration, or maybe I’m breaking out — and end with sunscreen, of course. The last step in skin care is always sunscreen.”

She Loves Eggs

For breakfast, Winnie loves having eggs. “I just got a chef because I went pescatarian and can’t cook,” she says to Bustle. “So he’ll make me breakfast, usually some type of egg dish. He makes eggs every kind of way, and they’re all really great. But he makes a fried egg in a tomato sauce. I need seasoning and spice, so he makes the sauce really flavorful and toasts Ezekiel bread that I then dip in the sauce.”
