Alex Cooper In Workout Gear Flashes Abs, Teases “Call Her Daddy” Guest

The podcast host shared a new set of photos on Instagram.

Alex Cooper hosts the wildly successful podcast, Call Her Daddy. She’s had many celebrity guests on the show, and even broke the news that Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives star, Taylor Frankie Paul is the next Bachelorette. Alex teased her Instagram followers with her next guest. In some of the photos, she wore different sets of loungewear, flashing her abs. Alex captioned the post, “I wonder who could be on CHD this week… hint @ the last photo ;)” How did Alex Cooper get those amazing abs? Here are 5 of her secrets.

1

She Stays Hydrated

In addition to being a podcast host, Alex is the founder of Unwell Hydration. She talked about deciding to start the company to People Magazine. Alex wanted to improve her hydration schedule, and wanted to stop drinking sugary beverages. “I was exhausted and I felt so hungover, even though I wasn’t even drinking,” she explains. “I was like, ‘Why am I so tired? I have bags under my eyes,’ and every time I would grab something that was hydrating, it either tasted really s—–, or there was just so much sugar in it.”

2

She Believes In Balance

When it comes to her diet, Alex believes in balance. “I have tried to be healthier in the past couple of years, but I am someone that loves snacking,” she tells EatingWell. “My company is called Unwell for a reason; I’m not like a ‘green juice Pilates girly’ for life. Yes, I do those things occasionally, but I also love to have a good Cheeto or a Lay’s chip or sour cream and onion chip or pretzels. I think it’s all about balance and I think that I never am going to stop myself from having a good chip while I’m editing at my desk.”

3

She Loves Eggs

Alex makes sure to eat healthy. She shared her go-to breakfast food in her EatingWell interview. “I am a huge egg girl in the morning,” she says. “I will make myself an English muffin with eggs and turkey bacon—I love, love flavors. I’ll put a bunch of hot sauce on it.”

4

She Loves Salmon

Alex broke down what she typically eats in a day in this YouTube video with Harper’s Bazaar. For dinner, she often makes salmon dishes. According to The Cleveland Clinic, salmon has a lot of health benefits. “Salmon has both protein and omega-3 fatty acids, which are important for muscle development. Research says eating two servings of salmon a week can significantly increase muscle mass (or your total amount of muscle).”

5

She Loves Broccoli

When Alex wants a green vegetable, she typically goes for broccoli. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she makes broccoli as a side for her dinner. Broccoli has a lot of health benefits. The Cleveland Clinic reports that it is a great source of vitamin C. “Broccoli has more vitamin C than oranges. In 1 cup of the green cruciferous veggie, you get a whopping 81 milligrams of vitamin C. That’s 90% of the daily U.S. recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for adults. (An orange has about 70 milligrams.)”
