Abbey Clancy Shows Off Her Legs, Says “BTS”

Abbey Clancy has never been afraid to show off her figure in photoshoots and on social media. Recently, she did a photoshoot for F And F Clothing, and shared a video of the behind-the-scenes process on Instagram. In it, Abbey wore a floral dress that showed off her amazing and long legs. She captioned the post, “Love a little BTS.” How does Abbey Clancy keep her body photoshoot ready? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Loves Classes
Abbey shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Health Well Being. She says that she loves taking fitness classes. “I’m definitely not a runner, but I love doing Reformer Pilates and aerobic classes. Whenever I finish a session I always have more energy and my body feels really toned.”
She Loves Green Juice
Abbey tells Health Well Being that she loves drinking green juice in the mornings. “I can’t start the day without making a green juice. I throw in any fruit, vegetables, nuts and super powders that I have in the fridge and I’ve noticed such a difference in my energy levels, my skin is really clear and my hair feels stronger. Without one I feel sluggish, tired and crave unhealthier foods, so I always make sure I’ve stocked up on healthy ingredients. I feel better knowing that I’ve had my vitamins and minerals for the day, so anything extra is a bonus.”
She Believes In Balance
When it comes to her diet and exercise, Abbey believes in balance. “My fitness mantra is to do something you enjoy, but don’t push yourself too hard,” she tells Health Well Being. “It’s great to eat as healthily as possible and to give your body everything it needs but at the same time, try not to be too strict with yourself because you have to enjoy your life. If you want a piece of chocolate, don’t beat yourself up about it. And if that glass of wine on a Friday night makes you happy, drink up – everything in moderation.”
She Cuts Out Junk Food When She Has A Shoot
Whenever Abbey has a photoshoot coming up, she makes some changes to her diet. “I normally just cut out junk food when I want to shape up,” she tells Closer Online. “Before a photo shoot I avoid stodge and eat food like fish and veg, which you can digest easily, so you don’t get a bloated stomach. Drinking lots of water helps, too.”
She’s Motivated To Workout
Abbey is consistent with her workouts. She shared what motivates her to get a session in with HELLO! Magazine. “You have to make time to exercise – it’s important. Especially with my job. I need to keep in shape and keeping fit is a nice release. You feel healthy and strong and that’s my motivation. It makes me feel good.”
