Abby Champion is an extremely successful model. She has worked with brands like Chanel, Miu Miu, and Elie Saab. She and her fiance, Patrick Schwartzenegger recently took a trip to Cabo, and she shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, Champion is seen at the beach and playing padel. She captioned the post, “2025.”
She Works Out Regularly
Champion tells Net-A-Porter that she works out on a regular basis. “I workout every day, and if I’m in LA I do it twice a day. I do two hours of exercise and at least 30 minutes of recovery and I switch between five different classes: barre, pilates, dance cardio, hot pilates and a strength training class. I find it’s a good way to be off my phone and to be totally focused on my health, my wellbeing and my breathing. It makes me feel really good.”
She Has the Right Mindset
Champion makes sure to have the right mindset. She tells Net-A-Porter that this has helped with her career. “Modeling can be lonely. I would say that’s one of the hardest parts of the job because you travel by yourself so much. I struggled with that at the beginning of my career. But about a year ago I started working on my mindset, looking for more ways to make myself happy and to be positive about where I’m going and what I’m doing and it’s helped a lot.”
She Uses A Facial Roller and Face Masks

Champion has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets with Vogue. Champion likes to use a roller and a mask on her face. “Doing all of my rollers without a mask kind of hurts my skin barrier, and is too aggressive,” she says. “I do 50 [rolls] on one side [of the face] and 50 on the other side. I used to have such a puffy face, all throughout high school … Then, when I started modeling, I was like, ‘OK, I have to have a snatched face for the runway’.”
She Plays Padel

Champion is seen playing padel in her Instagram post. The sport has a lot of benefits. ISM Sports states, “Padel tennis engages the core muscles throughout the game, improving body strength. The rotational movements involved in executing shots and the need to maintain balance activate the abdomen, lower back, and hip muscles. A strong core enhances your performance on the padel tennis court and promotes better posture and stability in daily life activities. Strengthening your core through this sport can help prevent back pain and improve overall body alignment.”
She Takes Fitness Classes
As you can see from her Net-A-Porter interview, Champion likes to take fitness classes to keep herself in shape. ACE Fitness states that going to these classes can have a lot of health benefits. “If you find yourself stuck in a fitness rut, group fitness can be a perfect option for adding variety to your routine, while also ensuring a well-rounded approach to exercise. Do you dread the idea of running on a treadmill to get your cardio in? Try attending a dance-based fitness class to improve endurance while burning just as many, if not more, calories. Feeling uninspired to focus on your flexibility? Try a yoga class to improve your range of motion and enhance your movement quality.”
