neAddison Rae has become one of pop culture’s most influential stars. After becoming popular on TikTok, and starring in He’s All That, Addison launched her singing career. She recently released her debut album, entitled Addison, and her songs “Aquamarine”, “High Fashion”, and “Diet Pepsi” are blowing up the charts. Addison is currently touring, and she recently stopped in London. She recently shared some show highlights on Instagram, captioning it, “London!!! 💞💞💕💞💞💕💞 We decided to do this show 10 minutes into us landing at Heathrow on Sunday.. thankfully everyone was down to fly out and go for round 2!!🎇🎇🎇🔮🔮🎀🎀🎀 So much fun. She Makes A List Of Wellness Goals

 

To help her stay on track with her wellness routine, Addison makes a list of things she wants to do each day. “I’ve been trying to come up with a very elaborate and put-together list of goals and resolutions,” she said to StyleCaster. “But really for me where I’ve gone is a lot of mental and physical health focus. I have a list of things like drinking a gallon of water a day. It’s really hard.”

She Works Out Each Day

Addison tells StyleCaster that she makes sure to workout everyday. “I’ve been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes. That doesn’t entail a crazy workout every day, but it’s 15 minutes of some type of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that’s what’s been motivating me. Exercise helps you so much more than just externally. It opens your mind.”

She Dances

Dancing is a big part of Addison’s life. She got her start by doing TikTok dances, and now she does a lot of intense choreography for her live performances and music videos. Addison posted this video on Instagram of herself in rehearsal. She Cut Out Using Certain Skincare Products

Addison opened up about her skincare routine in an interview with Byrdie, as reported by Morning Honey. She says that after dealing with breakouts, she had to make changes. “I cut out using serums and oils in my skincare routine,” Addison revealed. “I used to use a lot of those types of products, but realized there were too many products on my face. I was layering so many products at once, especially when I was putting makeup on top. It was too much buildup for my skin. I learned along the way that less is more for me and my routine.”

She Uses A Facial Steamer

One skincare product that Addison likes to use is a facial steamer. “You put water in it, she tells Morning Honey, as reported by Byrdie. “I’ll use bottled water, just so it’s even more purified — then it heats up and steams your face. Sometimes I’ll put on a mask and put the steamer on it, which is so nice. It feels like a steam room, but a portable one. My skin loves the humidity — I’m from the south — so this gives me that steamy feeling of a humid day and makes me feel incredible.”
