She Works Out Every Day
Addison has a busy schedule, but she’s making sure to work out on a regular basis. “I’ve been trying to workout every day for at least 15 minutes,” she told StyleCaster. “That doesn’t entail a crazy workout every day, but it’s 15 minutes of some type of exercise like walking or running or stretching, yoga, things like that. I feel like you never see results until you start and that’s what’s been motivating me. Exercise helps you so much more than just externally. It opens your mind.”
She Stays Hydrated
One of Addison’s biggest wellness goals is staying hydrated each day. “I’ve been trying to come up with a very elaborate and put-together list of goals and resolutions,” she said to StyleCaster. “But really for me where I’ve gone is a lot of mental and physical health focus. I have a list of things like drinking a gallon of water a day. It’s really hard.”
She Dances
If you’ve seen Addison’s music videos, live performances, and TikTok videos, you know she’s an amazing dancer. In fact, she revealed to ELLE that dancing helped her begin her music career. “Growing up as a dancer was such a natural transition into that sound. I was interested in how that music made you feel, and how it made your body move. I think music is mind control—it opens up this portal of energy.”
She Followed Her Dreams
Addison opened up about her decision to leave college to pursue her career to ELLE. “I asked my counselor, like, ‘What do I do?’ And she was like, ‘Girl, LSU will be here forever.’ So I was like, ‘Okay, I need to drop out.’ I just had this really strong intuition and gut feeling that, as unrealistic as it seemed, I needed to do it—there’s no time like now to try and chase those dreams.”
She Stays Positive
One way Addison takes care of her mental health is by staying positive. “I am just as happy as I am in the pictures,” she says to High Snobiety. “I try to always be positive, and people think that’s not real. No matter what situation I’ve been in my entire life, good or bad, I’ve always [known] that things pass and get better.”
