Mini Workouts

Agustina slips in workouts whenever she can. "Mini Saturday training so you can save and do it while you have little time 🤍. ALWAYS mobility before starting, it's very important to avoid injury and prepare for better training," she captioned a post.

Strength Training

Agustina's go-to form of fitness is strength training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you develop strong bones, manage your weight, enhance your quality of life, manage chronic conditions, and sharpen your thinking. Here is an example of one of her workouts:

50 jumping

20 stocked up

15 sit ups

20 push ups

10/10 back warm up

Ab Work

Agustina does a lot of ab work to stay in shape. One of her go-to moves? The plank. "How slow time flies when we plank," she joked in a caption.

Red Wine

Agustina's drink of choice is red wine. "From the land of the sun and fine wine," she captioned a post. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

Here are the three easy breakfast recipes that Agustina shared.
