Here’s how she stays in shape.

Aimee Garcia is a successful actress who's been working since she was pretty young. She is best known for her roles on Lucifer, The George Lopez Show, Rush Hour, and RoboCop. Garcia recently went to a sculpt class with friends. She shared a photo of it on her Instagram story. She captioned the photo, "I survived sculpt." How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Aimee Garcia stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

She Has Support

Garcia talked about her life and career in an interview with HOLA USA. She says that she had a lot of support from her parents. "They gave me unconditional support. They were great; they gave me a great education. They gave me all the resources I think to succeed and were very, very, very supportive. They always said you have to graduate college, and then you can do whatever you want."

She Loves Avocado

Garcia shared some of her skincare secrets with Glamour. She says that there is a certain food that she eats to keep her skin looking nice. "Well, I swear by avocado. It's excellent for your hair and skin, so I eat one daily." The Cleveland Clinic states that avocados have a lot of benefits. "Avocados include vitamins C, E, K1, B6 and folate, plus essential minerals like potassium and copper. They're low in sugar, loaded with fiber and high in monosaturated fats, aka 'good' fats. Oh, and did we mention that they taste great and they're super versatile?!"

She Wants To Inspire Others

When it comes to her acting career, Garcia wants to represent her Latin background. "I feel a big responsibility to represent what it means to be a Latina to a global audience. I'll never forget when a group of young girls [Latinas] came up to me and said, 'Oh my God, we love Veronica on the George Lopez show! She's so funny and stylish, and we love that she's a Latina millionaire.' And I thought, Wow, the roles that I pick aren't just to pay rent but they're also to represent my community. It's bigger than me."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Garcia shared her favorite skincare regimes to Glamour. "I also love Thayers Original Witch Hazel Astringent, which I pick up at Whole Foods ($8, I use it after washing my face, and I even remove my makeup with it. I also get facials twice a year with the incredible Shani Darden, who I found through Jessica Alba. I trust Jessica—she's built an empire on her face."

She Works Out Every Day

Garcia makes sure to work out every day. She shared her secrets for doing so with Glamour. "I work out every day or at least I try to. I believe that exercise preserves youth more than anything else. Sometimes if I'm at home watching TV I do weight-lifting moves with cans during commercials. It really is that easy! Trust me, if you do that and throw in squats and a couple of push-ups during commercial breaks you will see a change in your body."
