Big Brother’s AJ Odudu In Bikini Says “The Wanderer Returns”

Big Brother host AJ Odudu is known for her amazing outfit choices. Recently, she enjoyed a trip to beautiful Mykonos, and she made sure to wear some great beach looks. AJ shared a carousel post of her vacation on Instagram this week. In one photo, she enjoyed a boat ride while wearing a black bikini with white trim. In another photo, she sunbathed in a brown bikini. AJ captioned the post, “The wanderer returns! @calimykonos was STUNNING 💙” How did AJ Odudu get her bikini body? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Runs
AJ shared some of her favorite ways to stay in shape in an interview with Your Healthy Living. The TV host revealed that she is an avid runner. “I do some outdoor running at least once a week,” AJ says. “That might range between 3k and 10k and I like picking routes that have a mixture of hills and flat bits.”
She Loves Fitness Classes
Another way AJ stays in shape is by going to fitness classes. “I like to do gym classes like Body Pump because it’s a good mix of cardio and resistance training,” she said to Your Healthy Living. “It’s a good class for anyone, particularly women, who want to use weights but find the weight room in the gym a bit intimidating and male-dominated. I also love spinning classes as you can do a quick fat-burning workout for half an hour or 45 minutes. I also love yoga and Pilates.”
She Eats Healthy

In addition to fitness, AJ eats a healthy diet. She shared her diet with Your Healthy Living. “I always try to make sure I have a healthy mixture of protein, carbs and good fats. I might have half an avocado on toast for breakfast or a couple of poached eggs. I always have a cup of tea in the morning – milk and one. I love my morning tea. Or I might have porridge made with protein powder and a little bit of water and milk. Hey presto – that’s a good brekkie! For lunch, if I’m on the go, I might have salmon teriyaki. My parents are Nigerian so I’ve always eaten a lot of fish and chicken with black eyed beans.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin

As you can see, AJ has amazing skin. She shared her routine in an interview with The Evening Standard. “When it comes to skincare, I keep it really simple in the morning. I wash, moisturise and go. She’s Motivated

AJ makes sure to stay consistent with her exercise. Making exercise part of my daily routine is really helpful when managing limited time and naturally, plans change so I never feel too guilty if I can’t cram it all in. I just give myself a pat on the back for the routines that I have managed to do.”
