Alessandra Ambrosio has never been afraid to show off her figure. She was a Victoria’s Secret Angel after all. Alessandra is currently on a family vacation to beautiful Ibiza. She shared some highlights on Instagram, where she is seen sunbathing by the pool and spending time at the beach. Alessandra wore a red bikini, looking amazing. How does Alessandra Ambrosio keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of her secrets.
She Loves Pilates

Alessandra broke down her typical schedule in an interview with Glamour. She says that she takes Pilates classes each morning. “Off to Pilates class, where I meet a friend and get in some girl time. It’s important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean.”
She Eats Healthy
Alessandra shared her favorite healthy meals with Harper’s Bazaar. “For breakfast, I usually have eggs and/or avocado toast,” she says. “After my work-out I usually grab a green juice followed by lunch where I usually have a salad along with some chicken or fish. For dinner I might go for sushi, or grill Brazilian BBQ at home. I also have some nuts or a protein bar in my bag all the times in case I get hungry while I’m running around.”
She Does A Variety Of Workouts
Alessandra tells Harper’s Bazaar that she does a lot of different things to keep herself in shape. “It all depends on what I’m doing that day. If I’m going on a hike or playing volleyball with my friends it might be longer, but I don’t usually spend more than hour and a half in the gym.”
She Takes Fitness Classes
Alessandra likes to go to fitness classes. “I love to do different classes,” she says to Harper’s Bazaar. “Lately, I have been doing Tracy Anderson Method because it’s fun and it feels more like a dance class than a work-out. But, at the same time, it’s great exercise as it targets all muscle groups.”
She Drinks Lemon Water
Alessandra loves drinking lemon water each day. “I start my day with a little meditation and then I love doing yoga, and then I like to drink my water and hydrate,” she tells The Zoe Report. “And sometimes I’ll put a little lemon in my water, so that’s part of my wellness, because I think the lemon in water, it’s really good for you. And, through the day, water, water, water — hydrate yourself.”
