She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, and shared her favorite breakfast in it. “My perfect breakfast is an avocado with a freshly squeezed juice, a big cup of coffee, and boiled or fried eggs lightly browned with coconut oil. Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely!
