She Eats A Healthy Breakfast
Ambrosio shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Vogue. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, and shared her favorite breakfast in it. "My perfect breakfast is an avocado with a freshly squeezed juice, a big cup of coffee, and boiled or fried eggs lightly browned with coconut oil. You can't beat it."
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Being a model, Ambrosio always looks amazing. She has great skin, and makes sure to take care of it. Ambrosio shared her skincare secrets in her Vogue interview. "My daily routine is simple, but effective," she said. "I cleanse my face, occasionally with exfoliator, and I love anti-aging serums that are packed full of vitamin C. BB creams with SPF are great too!
She Takes Care Of Her Hair
Ambrosio makes sure to take care of her hair. She revealed in her Vogue interview that she gets treatments done every couple of weeks. "About two or three times a week, after I've shampooed my hair, I apply an ultra-reparative mask from the tips to the lengths and leave it on for ten minutes. Every two months, I go to a salon for a deeply nourishing treatment that leaves my hair feeling fantastic."
She Does Yoga
Ambrosio revealed to Vogue that she likes to practice yoga to stay in shape. "There is nothing better than a sequence of yoga poses, or, even better, a moment alone to meditate on what is really important in life." Hopkins Medicine states that yoga has a lot of benefits. "Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga."
She Runs
Ambrosio shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with Harper's Bazaar. She says that she has started running to do some cardio workouts. "I have never been a fan of running, but lately I've been doing it, and also have figured out different ways to incorporate cardio in my everyday routine. Instead of running indoors I go for a run in my neighbourhood, take a hike with friends or play volleyball at the beach."
