Alessandra Ambrosio has never been afraid of showing off her amazing figure, she was a Victoria’s Secret Angel for years. Recently, she got to attend the Cannes Film Festival, and she looked amazing while doing so. On the red carpet, Alessandra wore a strapless black dress. She also hit the beach, and shared some posts on Instagram. Alessandra wore an adorable black swimsuit with white trim, a white wrap with black stripes, and a black bucket hat with puka shells attached. How does she keep herself in shape? She Drinks Lemon Water Each Morning

Alessandra shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Zoe Report. One thing she likes to do is drink lemon water each morning. “I start my day with a little meditation and then I love doing yoga, and then I like to drink my water and hydrate. And sometimes I’ll put a little lemon in my water, so that’s part of my wellness, because I think the lemon in water, it’s really good for you. And, through the day, water, water, water — hydrate yourself.”

She’s All About Self-Care

Alessandra shared some of her go-to self-care practices with The Zoe Report. “At night, I like journaling,” she says. “I don’t journal every night, I’m going to confess right here, but at least three to four times a week, I’m journaling what’s going on with my mind. I think it’s really important. I [also] love taking baths and putting a nice candle. I love doing a massage, sometimes, natural oils for my skin. So anything I can get my hands that is natural, I’ll do it.”

She Prioritizes Fitness

Alessandra makes sure to workout on a regular basis. However, she admits to The Zoe Report that she didn’t always go to the gym often. “I wish I went to the gym earlier because now I just love being able to take care of my body and taking that time [for myself]. As much as you are taking care of your physical [self], your mental health [is also impacted]. So that one hour that you spend doing something for your mind and body, and I think it’s a good thing.”

She Runs On The Treadmill

Last year, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion show returned, and Alessandra was one of the many models who appeared in the show. She made sure to get in runway-ready shape for her big return. Alessandra shared this video of herself prepping for the show on Instagram. One thing she is seen doing is running on the treadmill. She Loves Avocados

Alessandra made sure to eat a healthy diet to prep for the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion show. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen enjoying avocado toast and putting them in a smoothie. Avocados have a lot of benefits. According to research from The Cleveland Clinic, “Avocados include vitamins C, E, K1, B6 and folate, plus essential minerals like potassium and copper. They’re low in sugar, loaded with fiber and high in monosaturated fats, aka ‘good’ fats. Oh, and did we mention that they taste great and they’re super versatile?!”
