Jaclyn Cordeiro is heating up social media in her workout gear. In a new social media post Alex Rodriguez’s fitness trainer girlfriend shows off her amazing body in a skintight exercise piece as she models during a photoshoot. “Gorgeous,” commented one of her followers. “🔥🔥🔥Jac you are #goals girl,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.
Water Yoga
In a recent Instagram post, Jaclyn revealed what an average “rest day” looks like for her. She starts with 10 minutes of water yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
Fasted Cardio, HIIT, Tabata
Jacylyn does a lot of different workouts, training her body “with intention” and focusing on mind-muscle connection. “I always perform early morning fasted cardio. I always go into my training with muscle groups in mind but use various methods; HIIT, Tabata, FBW, isolation, TUT and listen to what my body is telling me to do (an intuitive approach),” she told Status Fitness Magazine about her go-to workouts.
Supplements
ShutterstockJaclyn is “very mindful” of what she puts into her body and relies on supplements to get the nutrients she needs. “My stack includes Energy and Burner (fasted cardio), Superfoods Greens, CLA, Multivitamin, Vitamin D, Calcium, and Vitamin C daily,” she told Status Fitness.
Workout Buddy
Jacyln has a great workout buddy: Her boyfriend A Rod. In September 2023, the slugger revealed that his girlfriend helped him drop 32 pounds, calling his health journey with her “life changing.” At the end of 2021, his family pointed out that he was looking unhealthy. “Not what you want to hear, but I knew I wasn’t my best self,” he said. “It all came down to me making some key changes in my habits: 1. More plants, less red meat 2. Intermittent fasting 3. Night walks. Small changes led to big results, and I’m feeling better than ever,” he continued. “Thank you @jac_lynfit for being my guide and support. You coached me up to stay dedicated, motivated and improve each day.”
Plant -Based Diet
Jacyln maintains a plant-based diet, transitioning from animal-based to plant-based several years ago. “I cannot express enough the benefits for my body both physically and the overall mental clarity and function. I am able to maintain a leaner physique, eliminate GI issues and my sense of connection to my body is insanely powerful,” she told Status Fitness. Her favorite post-workout snack? “Tofu, sweet potatoes and roasted chickpeas with lots of hot sauce!” she dished to Oxygen.
