Alexia Clark in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Pro Tips"

Here’s how she stays in shape.

Alexia Clark smiles pretty.
Alexia Clark/Instagram

Alexia Clark is a fitness expert and influencer. She shares a lot of her workout tips on Instagram. In a recent post, Clark shared her tips for improving handstands and alternative exercises to them. In the videos, Clark is seen doing walk outs from a downward dog pose and with her feet on a bench. She captioned the post, “What other exercises would you like alternatives for?! If not, I have some alternatives for you! As a personal trainer I’ve always said if you can’t do an exercise I will ALWAYS have an alternative!”

She Does Bear Crawls

Clark likes to do bear crawls to keep herself in shape. She shared some variations of the exercise in this Instagram post. Clark captioned it, “Which variation are you trying first? Let me know below! 👇Bear crawls are one of the most underrated exercises out there—and it’s time to change that. 💪 Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility and core strength or getting your heart rate up, this move checks ALL the boxes. Swipe through to see my favorite bear crawl variations you NEED to add to your routine. 🙌 Trust me, your body will thank you! 1. Forward reverse bear crawl. 2. Lateral bear crawl. 3. Low bear crawl. 4. Reach bear crawl. 5. Single leg bear crawl. 6. Bear crawl pull through. 7. Bear crawl walk out. 8. Bear crawl jack.”

She Lifts Weights

Clark does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different upper body workouts with dumbbells. Clark captioned the video, “Comment ‘ME’ for the deets! Your upper body deserves some love, even on busy days! Try this dumbbell only upper body workout that you can crush in under 15 minutes!”

She Cooks

Clark makes sure to eat a healthy diet. One way she does so is by cooking. Clark shared this recipe for healthy queso on Instagram. Harvard Health states that cooking can help you eat healthier. “We already know that the more people cook at home, the healthier their diet, the fewer calories they consume, and the less likely they are to be obese or develop type 2 diabetes. A growing body of scientific evidence supports teaching patients how to cook meals at home as an effective medical intervention for improving diet quality, weight loss, and diabetes prevention.”

She Works Hard

Clark made sure to work hard to get herself in shape. She opened up about her fitness journey after having surgery in the caption of this Instagram post. “The far left photo was about a month before my emergency surgery. My intestines twisted and I was rushed into surgery. The doctors said there is no reason your intestines can twist - it can happen to anyone at anytime. I completely lost my core, I wasn’t able to eat so I lost a ton of weight and muscle. I literally started back at square 1. It was a nightmare. The middle photo was a couple months after surgery. As you can see my glute, legs, arms, everything was just gone. The right photo was about a year after my surgery. I am stronger than I have ever been. Mentally, physically and emotionally because I never gave up. Not every day was easy but I took it one day at a time. If you’re starting on your fitness journey for the first time, or restarting remember that you have to celebrate the small goals. You will get stronger in every single way. If I can do it, I know you can too!”

She Does Full Body Workouts

Clark makes sure to workout her entire body. She shared a full-body workout with weights in this Instagram video. Clark is seen doing exercises like squats with a shoulder press and mountain climbers in it. She captioned it, “This quick full-body workout is perfect for busy days when time is tight but you still want to feel strong, energized, and accomplished. 💪🏋️♀️ Stay on track

🔥 Targets every major muscle group ⏱️ Done in just 10 minutes. Whether you’re squeezing it in before work, during lunch, or at the end of your day, this workout will leave you feeling AMAZING—and it’s proof that even 10 minutes can make a big difference. 💡 Save this post to crush your next quick sweat session!”

Fitness influencer and trainer Alexia Clark is sharing a very fun outdoors workout that targets the abs and core. Clark posted a video of herself wearing black two-piece workout gear, doing mat exercises in the sunshine by a pool. “Save this workout and tag a friend so they can do it too! Perform 4 rounds and take it from me, it’s fun to do it outside! ☀️☀️☀️ #abs #core #freeworkout,” she captioned the post. Here’s how the Instagram sensation stays fit, happy, and healthy.

1. Best and Worst Workouts

Clark says her favorite workout is hiking, and her least favorite is spinning. “There is a difference between training and exercising,” she told Meal Prep On Fleek. “You can do anything to exercise, like play soccer with your kids or go hiking. Working out/training is hard...that's when you’re pushing yourself and working on your weaknesses.”

2. Vacation Workouts

Clark likes to stay active even on vacation. “If you have a hotel gym, why not make the most of it? Even if it’s just a 20 minute session before breakfast,” she writes on her website. “If you get a quick workout done in the morning (especially if you’re in a hot climate) you’ll feel so much better for the rest of the day and will be able to relax as much as you like. You could also take your exercise outside, try exploring the local area on foot or do a quick workout on the beach. You’ll even find active tours in a lot of major cities, they cover everything from running to biking and hiking. Active tours are a great way to see new places and learn fun facts about where you are.”

3. Meal Prepping

Vegetarian,Healthy,Meal,Prep,Containers,.,Raw,Vegetables,And,QuinoaShutterstock

Clark likes to do some meal prep every week to make life easier. “I halfway meal prep,” she told Meal Prep On Fleek. “I'll make a spaghetti squash, or a bunch of cauliflower rice, at the beginning of the week and I'll just leave it plain so I can make a bunch of different things with it throughout the week. You can do the same thing with ground turkey and chicken. I love spaghetti squash with salsa and ground turkey. One of my favorites right now is doing ground turkey, butternut squash, tomato, onion, and corn.”

4. Hydration Is Key

Clark tries to stay hydrated when she’s traveling. “It’s so easy to forget, but it’s so important to drink more water if you’re on vacation, especially if you decide to eat high sodium foods or sugary things,” she writes on her website. “If you can, keep an ice cold bottle of water with you wherever you go. Often we mistake thirst for hunger, so you may end up eating more if you’re dehydrated. Watermelon, cucumbers, strawberries and lettuce are all over 92 percent water and are great choices for snacks to keep your water levels up.”

5. Summer Fitness

Clark has good advice on staying fit during the endless summer barbecues and cookouts. “For those of you hosting or attending a barbecue, consider preparing some healthy alternatives,” she writes on her website. “My go-to is a delicious grilled vegetable platter seasoned with herbs. Or, for a sweet treat, try making fruit skewers. Not only do they look cute but they’re so refreshing.”

Kerly Ruiz is training her legs – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness personality shows off her amazingly fit figure during an exercise session. “Workout of the day!! Here I leave you today's exercise for quadriceps!!” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Here's What She Eats in a Day

Kerly shared a sample day of eating, starting with breakfast: 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg

30g of oats or 1/2 potatoes. Next up, a snack, a protein shake and 2 small Colombian potatoes. Then, for lunch she has 140g chicken with 100g rice and a green salad. For a snack she has 90g shrimp and zucchini vegetable pasta. And finally, for dinner she has 110g of fish with 1 egg and green salad.

Intermittent Fasting

In order to “lose weight, burn fat and get super fit” Kerly intermittent fasts, which she calls her eating method. Intermittent fasting works by “prolonging the period when your body has burned through the calories consumed during your last meal and begins burning fat,” explains Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Low Carb Diet

Kerly is on a low carb diet, she told El Estimulo, revealing she only eats “light” sandwiches. “I try not to eat a lot of bread because it makes my belly bigger, but when I can, I use whole wheat bread. I try to combine it with protein, which is very important to maintain muscle. I like to put some dressings that give flavor to the sandwich so that the diet is pleasant and I don't get bored,” she says. “Olives, avocado, olive oil, alfalfa, whole wheat toast, a grilled chicken breast and a little mustard, because it's the only dressing that doesn't have calories. No mayonnaise, no tomato sauce.”

She Counts Calories

“My diet only allows me a low-calorie sandwich, between 150 and 180 calories, which could be eaten mid-morning - I eat 6 times a day - because you can't eat carbohydrates at night. I try to find the right flavors, since I live on a diet. I put a little bit of what I have at home, avocado, which even though it has fat, it's the good kind, tomato too, so to speak, you can't overdo it either, and olive oil, which is a good fat for the body, skin, hair and nails,” she added.

No Mayo

One ingredient that she would never put in a sandwich? “Mayonnaise because I think that first of all it's greasy for the skin, it gives you acne and secondly it goes to your belly, your rolls. I don't like mayonnaise at all,” she said.

Steph Claire Smith is a fitness influencer, podcaster, and businesswoman. She is the founder of the Kic app and hosts the KICPOD podcast. Smith is expecting her second child and shared some of her favorite pregnancy exercises on Instagram. She captioned the post, “🤰💪 Pregnancy-friendly & beginner gym workout! Looking for a safe, effective, and beginner-friendly workout to keep you moving during pregnancy or if you’re just starting out? We’ve got you covered! 🌟”

Strength Trains

In her Instagram video, Smith is seen strength training. The Mayo Clinic states that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She's Confident In Herself

Smith is all about being confident in herself. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “I can be a mum, a business woman, and a swimwear / lingerie model simultaneously. Here is a throwback for you of just a few examples of what I used to post in my feed. So why don’t I do it now? Please don’t for a second think it’s because I don’t think that I should or that I don’t feel sexy anymore.”

She Ignores The Haters

Keyboard,Keys,Form,The,Word,Haters,On,Red,Electric,CircuitShutterstock

Smith doesn’t let judgemental comments bring her down. She talked about this in the caption of the previous Instagram post. “I will admit, external judgment made me sway away from posting this kind of content in the past when it came to being taken seriously in the business world (even though I never really agreed with it)… and sure, there have been phases throughout motherhood where I haven’t felt super sexy or I’ve questioned what’s ’appropriate’. But where I’ve got to is realizing that what one person is comfortable with, can be completely different to someone else, and that I am very, very comfortable with tapping into I suppose ‘the old Steph’ … as really she’s just Steph. I’m still that person. And the only reason you don’t see this content as much on my page anymore is because I’m not doing anywhere near the amount of modeling I used to and when I am it’s not always this vibe anymore. But if I could I would! And the judgment I’ve copped from strangers, mainly women, over the last few weeks as I’ve shared my body online, has really disappointed me. HOWEVER, for the hundreds of you who have flooded in, particularly today after the hilarious ‘ass DM I got, saying they Iove seeing me so comfortable in my skin and that especially as mums it’s motivating you to do the same… you’re who I’ll keep doing it for. Do not let anyone dictate what you post on your own feed - if it feels true to you, you do you.”

She Sets Goals

Smith makes sure to push herself when she works out. One way she does this is by setting goals. Smith talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “There were many points throughout my workout today where I questioned if I should just stop right there and then and walk out. And if this was because of energy levels, I would have! I think it’s important to tune into our bodies like that… But I knew I had the energy, and I’ve committed to doing three sessions a week for this challenge. I just had to get out of my own head, and stop worrying about having to regress or rest, I took the pressure off of the workout needing to look a certain way and just kept at it. I’m so glad I got it done, and I’m proud of myself for sticking to my goal!”

She Does Pull-Ups

Steph Claire Smith is seen doing pull-ups.

In the previous Instagram post, Smith is seen doing pull-ups. According to NASM, these have a lot of health benefits. “Pull ups and chin ups are a multi-joint movement, meaning that they engage multiple muscle groups (lats, biceps, shoulders, and upper back). They promote overall upper body muscle development and can lead to some serious strength gains.”

Kaiser likes to do bicycles to keep herself in shape. She shared her tips for doing them correctly in this Instagram post. Kaiser captioned the post, “Are YOU doing bicycles with correct FORM?! I know this seems like a common, straightforward exercise, when in fact 90% of clients perform bicycles incorrectly and end up doing more harm than good to their core and lower back. Kaiser makes sure to eat healthy fats in her diet. She shared some of her favorites in this Instagram post. Kaiser captioned it, “🚨PSA: EAT GOOD FAT!! Many of us (myself included) grew up during the ‘fat-free’ craze which ingrained in us a fear of fat of any kind. You need healthy fats for your brain, skin, and heart health, blood sugar regulation (keeping you full longer), blood pressure, reducing inflammation, and gut health!! I start everyday now with either a tsp of olive oil or MCT oil before my coffee to help stave off the carb craving, boost my energy, and keep myself going all morning. Think: avocados, fish, nuts, seeds, olives, healthy oils! This is one of my favorite quick recipes that ALSO gives you a great dose of FIBER (95% of Americans are deficient) Healthy fats will also help your body absorb nutrients more efficiently, so always try to add a little fat with your dark leafy greens 😉”

She Loves Oats

Kaiser likes to eat overnight oats in the morning. She shared one of her favorite recipes in this Instagram video, captioning it, “Ever find yourself thinking ‘I don’t have time for breakfast?’ With busy mornings getting kids and dogs fed, I needed some easy healthy go-to meals to get us revved up and out the door on time! 😋 With 42% of your daily fiber and 20g of protein from a 3 minute 3 ingredient recipe that’s been my go to for years and is also kid approved! SAVE this post and let me know how it goes... 🫐🍓🍴Perfect for easing back into the school year! 📚🚌Note: substitute any protein of your choosing for the peptides or chia for the flax!”

She Loves Cardio

Kaiser likes to do dance cardio to keep herself in shape. She talked about why she loves it in the caption of this Instagram video. “Dance is POWER - for your mind AND body 💃😉 Whatever your fitness goal(s) may be- there are NUMEROUS benefits to doing dance-based workouts (both mentally & physically!!) In combining my love for dance with the science and functionality of fitness, I created a unique interval workout that I truly felt the fitness space was lacking. I want to prove exercise can feel good, and be something that can challenge/open your mind to new patterns of movement, bringing you a crazy high that you only feel after you truly accomplish/learn something NEW!!”

Go ahead and have that drink, just train hard.”

1. She Like To Workout Outside

Lequeux likes to workout outside. She captioned her Instagram post, “It’s getting warmer outside, so there’s little to no excuses to take your fitness outdoors especially with this minimal equipment routine.” UC Davis states that going outside has a lot of benefits. “Being outdoors can also have relaxing effects on our minds. Nature can provide a mental break by allowing us to temporarily escape the demands of everyday life. It can also boost your creativity and problem-solving abilities. For example, if you're having a mental block writing a paper or can't seem to solve a problem at work, step outside for a breath of fresh air. Take an easy walk around your neighborhood or office, and you just might find the answers you were looking for.”

2. She Weight Trains

2. She Works Her Core

Lequeux shared her core workouts in this Instagram video. “15 minute CORE AMRAP 🔥 Set a timer with 15 minutes & perform as many series of these moves as you can (see below for rep count). During the high-intensity intervals, your heart rate and breathing rate increase substantially. Over time, this helps to improve your aerobic capacity, also known as VO2 max, which is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise. A higher VO2 max is associated with improved stamina and endurance.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
