Alexis Ren is an extremely successful model and influencer, and now an actress, starring in the buzzed-about film Latency. She shares a lot of gorgeous photos on social media. Ren shared one on her Instagram story recently. In it, she posed on a tennis court. She wore a red workout romper with a white unbuttoned shirt. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Alexis Ren stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin Regularly

Ren has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it on a regular basis. “It's similar to how I feel about working out,” she says to Glamour. “It's not about doing intense products or harsh things. It's really just about consistency and making sure that when I wash my face, it's 100%. If I have to, I'll wash my face twice. That's what I think really took my skin to the next level: when I realized how hard it is to get everything off. It's more of training your skin or body to be on a certain regimen.”

2. She Uses Two Skin Cleansers

Ren shared her favorite skincare products with Glamour. She says that she uses two cleansers. “One of them is the Sensi Wash by Sonya Dakar, and the other one is the Blueberry Rebalancing 5.5 Cleanser from Innisfree. The Sensi wash is made with oat milk, so it has this milky feel. That doesn't actually get the makeup off; it just cleanses my face. If I have makeup on, I use something soapy that's going to get rid of everything and that's the Innisfree.”

3. She Uses Two Serums

Ren tells Glamour that she also uses two serums on her face. “I just started implementing the Sonya Dakar Super Clear as a base. It's a preventative thing for breakouts, and I use it every day. Then I use the vitamin C serum with hyaluronic and vitamin C, which I've learned is important. I kind of pat it on as opposed to rub it in, because it peels away, which is kind of weird.”

4. She Works Out In The Mornings

When it comes to fitness, Ren likes to get it done right away. “Starting my day off with a workout helps me to be my most productive self,” she said to Grazia. “I have been a ballerina for 20 years, so ballet is my first love when it comes to movement. I also love long walks and hikes, yoga, and surfing. For me, when I can move through an activity that I love, I enjoy the time spent doing it rather than it feeling like something I need to check off of my to-do list.”

5. She Goes Outside

Alexis RenAlexis Ren/Instagram

Ren shared her daily routine with Grazia. She says that she loves to spend time outside. “I was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA and because of that, I have always loved going to the beach. I love surfing, picnics on the beach; you name it. I love bringing my dog to the beach and letting her play in the sand, and say hello to everyone that passes by. I enjoy the simple things! Give me a journal, a picnic, my puppy, and a bikini, and I am content.”

Alexis Ren is doing yoga – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the influencer shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set during a RVCA yoga session. “Been so excited for this,” she captioned the Instagram stories, loving the Costa Mesa, California–based clothing company owned by Authentic Brands Group. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle tips.

1. Dance

Alexis loves to dance. “Ballet has been so many things for me. It’s been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn’t trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going,” she says. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

2. Play Tennis

Alexis is a fan of tennis tennis – and the cardio-meets-aerobic workout is great for your health, says ACE Fitness. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

3. Write in Your Journal

Alexis prioritizes her mental health and self-care. “In the mornings, I journal,” Alexis told Grazia. “I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. When I look back on my journals from even five years ago, it makes me proud to see how much I’ve grown and evolved.”

4. Get Enough Sleep

Alexis Ren.1Alexis Ren/Instagram

Alexis makes sure to get plenty of sleep. “My bedtime varies, although lately, it’s been around 11:30 pm,” she told Grazia. “The time I wake up varies by the day, but if I have a few days off, I try to let myself sleep in (which means 9 am latest). I like to listen to my body and tune in to what it’s telling me, even if that means waking up at 6 am daily, or 9 am from time to time. As of lately, I feel more creative towards the evening, so I have been staying up a little later to work on projects and brainstorm.” What are the health benefits of sleep? According to the Sleep Foundation, getting enough z’s is a mood booster, promotes heart health, regulates blood sugar, improves mental function, restores your immune system, helps relieve stress, and aids in weight loss.

5. Go Surfing

“I love surfing,” Alexis told Grazia. “Lots and lots of practice,” she captioned a recent post. According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.

6. Do Pilates

Alexis Ren.2Alexis Ren/Instagram

Alexis enjoys pilates, which “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health,” says the Mayo Clinic. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Alexis Ren is surfing in her swimsuit. The influencer-turned-actress shows off her famous figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. “Lots and lots of practice,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does the gorgeous star maintain her mental and physical health? Here are her top health habits.

1. She Does Ballet

In a recent Instagram post, Run detailed her love of dance. “Ballet has been so many things for me. It’s been heaven and an escape. Hell and a prison. Through hours of pouring sweat and soul onto the dance floor, I have found a work ethic and a determination I wouldn’t trade for the world. The ability to look resistance square in the eyes and keep going. Yet, I’ve also pushed myself over the edge striving for perfection,” she wrote. “When you get that first pair of point shoes, they’re stiff. Snug to the bone, they must be broken in through time and dedication. Eventually there is a level of trust, until finally over time they can no longer hold you up and we have to once again find a new shoe that fits. Art is like this. We’re new students, stumbling and finding our way until we get the hang of something. Eventually, we outgrow our own work and if we aren’t willing to risk something new, our spark crumbles and breaks down. No matter what phase i’m in—the building or the breaking, I know that if I step into a studio, I am home. Home in this body, home in this world. If any of you are asking yourselves where your spark for life went- ask: have I abandoned parts of myself? Go backwards. Sometimes, (most of the time) our evolution comes from peeling back the layers that were never meant to be there. Remembering who you were is how you continue to build your legacy, staying forever faithful to your spark. Our childhood dreams become our adult passions.”

2. She Plays Tennis

Alexis loves playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

3. She Journals

“In the mornings, I journal,” Alexis told Grazia. “I think journaling is one of the most important things to build into your morning routine. Journaling is an important tool because the days and years pass by so quickly, but journaling stays forever. Looking back, you get to see yourself grow in your writing. Bianca Andreescu is a highly successful tennis player, and she is preparing for upcoming matches in China with a rigorous training regimen. Recently, Andreescu shared a video on Instagram highlighting some of her workouts. She captioned the post, "Some clips from practice in beautiful Cali, looking forward to Asia now 💪🏼✨@jtnishimura better luck next time lol." Here’s how Andreescu keeps herself in top form:

1. She Jumps Rope

In her Instagram video, Andreescu is seen jumping rope to stay in shape. ACE Fitness states that this can have a lot of benefits. “Jumping rope can help improve your coordination. Jumping rope is a cyclic activity, which means you perform it for a steady, regular cadence. The steady cadence and rhythm of jumping rope can help improve the coordination between your eyes, feet and hands.”

2. She Plays Tennis

Tennis is one of the ways that Andreescu stays in shape. Lee Health states that tennis has a lot of health benefits. “Paul Zavala, an occupational therapist at Lee Health, says tennis contributes to fitness, strength, agility, flexibility, reflexes, and overall health. Tennis helps you learn better footwork and balance since mobility is a key to properly hitting the ball.”

3. She Uses Kettlebells

Bianca Andreescu.3Bianca Andreescu/Instagram

Andreescu is seen doing exercises with kettlebells in her Instagram video. Kettlebell exercises are a form of strength training exercises. They also have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic states, “The International Sports Sciences Association says kettlebell exercises can engage the entire body through multi-joint, functional movements. For example, a kettlebell swing engages your core, glutes, quads, hamstrings and back. Kettlebell training movements not only engage your entire body, but also challenge your balance and strength overall.”

4. She Does Squats

Bianca Andreescu.4Bianca Andreescu/Instagram

Andreescu doesn’t skip leg day. In her Instagram video, she is seen doing squats. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “‘Squats are integral to athletic training programs, enhancing speed, agility, strength and power across various sports disciplines,’ says sports and exercise medicine physician Matthew Kampert, DO. He explains the benefits of standard squats and then walks us through how to do them. Plus, if regular squats aren’t quite within your capacity, he shares modifications that can make them feasible.”

5. She Does Glute Bridges

Bianca Andreescu.5Bianca Andreescu/Instagram

In her Instagram post, Andreescu is seen doing glute bridges on a yoga ball. NASM states that these exercises are very beneficial. “Glute bridges are a useful exercise for building core stability, building glute strength, and improving overall exercise form and function. When performed as a stabilization exercise, glute bridges activate the glutes to function as they are supposed to in other movements like squats, deadlifts, walking, and running. Adding weight progresses glute bridges into a strength exercise, which can build strength in the glute muscles.”

Yasmin Brunet is a model and entrepreneur with more than 7 million followers on Instagram. Why so popular? She’s fit and shows you how. “Another day, another workout,” she captioned one recent post, where she can be seen sparring with a coach. How else does the 36-year-old stay so strong? Read on for her wellness habits that you can adopt, too.

1. She Loves Her Pooch

Brunet is seen smooching a pooch in one video. “One notable benefit is that dogs force you to get up and move. One research study found that dog owners are more likely to report regular physical activity than people who don't own dogs. Activities associated with dog ownership, like feeding, grooming, playing and letting them outside, all increase physical activity levels. Physical activity improves blood flow, induces muscle contraction and reduces joint stiffness,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Uses Battle Ropes

“Battle Rope training allows for safe and effective ways to train force production in all three planes of motion, as an integral part of any well-rounded strength and conditioning program,” says NASM. If you are looking for a tool that recruits multiple core musculature in movements, then the Battle Rope is that tool. High to moderate levels of activation have been found in obliques, erector spinae, and gluteus medius (Calatayud, 2015).”

3. She Does Squats With Kettlebells

Beautiful,Blonde,Sports,Girl,In,Sexy,Fancy,Sports,Clothes,SquattingShutterstock

“Kettlebell training is a flexible and useful strategy for improving players' performance in a variety of sports. It adds value to athlete training programs by enhancing strength, power, endurance, explosive power, and postural coordination,” says one study.

4. She Does Crunches

Yasmin BrunetYasmin Brunet/Instagram

Before boxing, Brunet does some light crunches on an stability ball. To get set up, “sit on a properly inflated stability ball (one that compresses approximately 6" under your body weight) with your feet flat on the floor. Slowly lean backwards while walking yourself out along the ball until your shoulders, back and tailbone make contact on the ball. Adjust your leg position to create a 90 degree bend at the knees with your thighs parallel to the floor and positioned hip-width apart, and feet facing forward with your weight distributed evenly through your feet. Your mid-back should be positioned on the top of the ball (at 12 o'clock) and your hips should be positioned at 2 o'clock,” says ACE Fitness.

5. She Boxes

“The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”

Agnieszka Radwanska is getting her exercise in while on vacation – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the tennis star shows off her amazing body in a two-piece exercise set while taking a bike ride in the Maldives. “Thank you @sonevajaniresort and @sonevafushi_maldives for this adventure 😍🏝🐠🪸 It was amazing!😎❤️,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

1. Tennis

Tennis is Agnieszka’s main form of fitness. “I feel fortunate that I can stay pretty lean without having to do too much gym work. With tennis, you have to play nearly every day, so I don't get to spend as much time in the gym as I would like. But for as long as I can remember I have been playing tennis, so I have a pretty active lifestyle,” she told ESPN.

2. Running

Closeup,Of,Female,Runner,Shaved,Feet,In,Running,Shoes,walk, walkingShutterstock

Her favorite form of training? “Running along the river in Krakow with my sister [WTA player Urszula Radwanska] is my favorite. Running can be quite tedious, so running with Ula makes it much more fun. We definitely motivate and spur each other on. When I'm hurting and tired, it's good to know she's in the same boat, so we can keep going together. I can't really remember any intense battles when we were younger, but there was a spell a couple of years ago where we kept drawing each other in tournaments, and that was awful. She's the last person I want to play against, and I'm sure she would say the same about me,” she told ESPN.

3. Sit Ups

What is the one workout or exercise she can't live without? “Sit-ups, for sure,” she told ESPN. “I like to do more than 300 in a single session. That makes my stomach rock hard. But when I do them, I'm thinking, ‘I wish this were over’ or ‘Now I can eat more chocolate.’”

4. Massage

After a big competition, Agnieszka treats herself. “After a tournament, I take at least one day completely off from tennis. Shopping, getting a massage, and watching TV and movies are pretty high on my agenda,” she says. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.

5. She Fuels Her Body

When it comes to her diet, Agnieszka takes great care to fuel her body with food. “During tournaments, I eat a lot of carbs like pasta and tend to go heavy on the veggies to boost my immune system in case I'm worn out,” she said. She does admit that her “eating habits” may surprise you. “Unlike most players, who eat at least two hours before matches, I can eat a full meal and go straight out on the court. In fact, I prefer to do that. My usual routine is a plate of pasta 30 minutes before I'm due to go on court. If I don't, I end up starving midmatch. That habit dates back to when my dad used to pick me up from school and drive me straight to matches. We had no time for dinner, so I had to stuff myself in the car.” Her go-to junk food? “You can't beat a nice, home-cooked Polish meal. But also McDonald's cheeseburgers or cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory. I am proud to say I have tried every single one!” she says.

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
