Ali Larter delivered an iconic performance when channeling the fiery Angela Norris in Taylor Sheridan's Landman. The 49-year-old actress is also known for her roles in Legally Blonde, Final Destination, Varsity Blues, and Heroes. It's apparent Ali has an impressive physique, and she makes sure to consume a healthy diet in order to maintain it. Here are just some of the celeb's favorite foods, meals, and the diet secrets she swears by to stay ultra-fit.

She Enjoys a "Healthy Breakfast"

Ali broke down her daily meals in an interview with Brit+Co.

"I always start my week with coffee, a healthy breakfast of yogurt or granola or scrambled eggs, and then try to have a green juice, a protein salad for lunch and a soup or maybe a stew for dinner," she told the outlet. "Grilled salmon is usually a go-to as well."

She Cut Back on Grains and Cheese

Ali spilled some of her key diet secrets on her website. The actress noted that there are certain foods she cut out in order to lose her "baby weight."

She wrote, "I try to cut down on all grains, even whole/alternative ones except for breakfast or a small amount at lunch and, while I don't cut dairy, I do cut down on cheese. Oh, and obviously, no processed anything."

She Drinks Plenty of Water and Green Juice

An essential lifestyle habit Ali lives by is staying hydrated with plenty of water. She also ditched juice cleanses but makes sure to incorporate green juice into her weekly rotation.

The actress shared, "First of all, I drink copious amounts of water all day long and I chug huge glasses to stay quenched. I've finally thrown in the towel on juice cleanses – the last time I tried, I drank all of my juice for the day by 1pm! I've accepted it, if I'm eating a meal, I need solid food. That said, I use green juices in my diet to fill the gaps in the day."

Her Snacks Include Fresh Fruit or Veggies

Ali revealed that mid-afternoon is her "toughest time not to eat 14 brownies." That said, she actively avoids unhealthy snacks and makes healthier choices. She typically chooses cucumbers and carrots with hummus or a banana with almond butter, paired with an iced coffee.

She wrote, "Caffeine is a must for me to make it through life with 2 young kids and a busy career but if you are more disciplined than me, opt for antioxidant-rich roobios- or green- tea."

The actress is also a fan of preparing soups she can easily put in the fridge and then reheat for dinner. A couple other dinner favorites? Grilled steaks and preparing lentils over wilted spinach.
